I'm worried about the 11,000 feet and how much walking we will have to do. We are in ok shape for 60 year olds - we live at 1000 ft all and can walk 2 to 4 miles on level ground without a problem - but 11,000 feet? Wow - are those added hikes really 2 hours?

Before arriving in Cusco you can take pills, that will help you to adjust to the altitude. There is not much walking in the tours and if you are 5 people, we recommend taking a private trip. Which added hikes are you talking about?
