The Tiger Monastery hike and phot of Mt Everest from flight to Paro were the highlight of the trip - also had brief view of Paro festival in the hot sun and nice dinner at Dema resort where the much sought after red rice was finally served. 1- When I arrived, young guide never asked what I wanted to see. Also a language issue or perhaps flat out lies, hard to tell. During the trip I stressed that since Paro Festival was on would like to see that (along with doing the Tiger Nest hike). 2- I had eaten twice already and when asked about lunch stated only interested in trying red rice. I was taken to crowded tourist trap where we waited an hour and clearly they did not have any red rice. Nothing I wanted to eat so guide had my lunch. 3- On arrival my luggage was taken into vehicle. Unfortunately nobody noted the rip to the bottom done to it on the Druk flight so when showed it to Druk airline they claimed it was too late and did not offer any compensation or even to wrap it for return flight. 4- The vehicle (Tesla) had loud beep through entire tour due to guide not wearing seatbelt. I explained to them reason for beeping and asked if they could turn it off, said no. I went through the 2 bottled waters in car in first few hours and these were not replaced the entire trip. 5- The price increased $250 after purchasing package which I understand they fixed but was not told of this until paid initial part so consider this to be bait and switch. 6- Paro: after indicating I was not interested in shopping there, the guide dropped me off to walk around and said to meet back in an hour. No directions about what to see or where to look. I had no map or idea what to do so just waked up and down the street looking at shops.Show more

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
