I am a 17-year-old student. I would like to ask how the booking process works for someone who is 17 years old. I am currently in Hungary on a 180-day visa, and I have written consent from my parents confirming that they are happy for me to travel independently through Europe. I also have a separate letter from my parents confirming that I have their permission to book accommodation myself. Could you please let me know whether I would be able to join the tour as a 17-year-old with these documents, and if there is anything else you would require from my parents or from me in order to make the booking?

Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to travel independently on a G adventures tour. As you will be 17 at the time of departure, unfortunately you would not be able to join the tour unaccompanied, even with parental consent. You would need to travel with an accompanying adult who meets the age requirements.

Do you have any tours that leave about after 8th April 2026, that covers those areas listed on the 'Rome to Berlin' tour, that may also cover Amsterdam, Bruges and end in Paris before the 28th of April, that caters for over 50s?

Unfortunately, the tour you are looking at is a tour specifically designed for our 18 - 39 year old travellers. As you don't fit within that age bracket we won't be able to book you on this trip. No meals are included in this tour. You might expect to spend around USD 490-640 for meals not included, depending on your dietary needs.

What type of accommodations should I expect during the tour?

Accommodations will generally be multi-share, often with 4-6 persons, occasionally in dormitory-style settings, primarily with shared bathrooms.

Can I consider the Itinerary you attached as current for the 3/8/25 tour? In particular, am I able to get confirmed hotel names? I am planning times to get to tours, and I need to know the starting point in many occasions.

The itinerary we attached is the latest one. You will be able to find the hotels we use (or similar) listed at the end of each day on our itinerary that we sent, if you wish to look up these hotels for reviews and to see photos. These hotels are subject to change, though usually don't, and in the event that we must make changes to these hotels, we would be booking an alternative in the same service level, so the accommodations listed will, at the very least, give you an idea of what to expect. Once you have a confirmed booking, the start point will be listed there. We also send a voucher closer to travel which has the start point address.

What about visa's and these stuff

Visas are the responsibility of the travellers to get. The requirements are based on your nationality. All countries require a valid passport (with a minimum 6 months validity). Contact your local embassy or consulate for the most up-to-date visa requirements, or see your travel agent. It is your own responsibility to have the correct travel documentation.

The guide was a but inexperienced so we didn't have a good description of some of the cities. Great way to make friends and see cities!
