We would like to clarify that Europamundo was not the tour operator; due to the low number of English-speaking passengers on your dates, part of the itinerary was operated jointly with them to avoid cancelling your trip. Additionally, you were provided complimentary flights because there were no ferry seats available on those specific dates. The itinerary also clearly states that certain days are free days, during which guests may book optional tours or explore independently. Throughout your trip, our team contacted you several times to assist you and to propose optional tours for the free days, but unfortunately we did not receive any reply from you. Had we heard from you during the tour, we would have been able to address your concerns immediately. We appreciate your feedback and remain at your disposal if you would like to discuss this further.- PR
