We are arriving a day earlier than our tour begins. We arrive in the morning of the 1st of May for the tour beginning on the 2nd of May. Could we get the name of the hotel we are staying in so we can book an extra night please? Will we still be eligible for the airport/hotel transfer even though we are a day early?

Eric was a super guide. I enjoyed the information he gave on the bus, including the documentaries he showed. It broke up the long bus rides. When I travelled Edison tours had four buses. It would be better if the buses were staggered more. It’s annoying when you turn up at a restaurant, toilet or photo spot and the buses all arrive at the same time; I spent a lot of the free time queuing which could be avoided if the buses staggered their leaving time more. The hotels were a really high standard, so many choices for breakfast, nice spacious rooms. This trip is good for singles and families. Kia the guide we had for the one day tour of Taipei was also excellent.Show more

Our tour guide Eric was excellent he was able give us information about the history of the sites we visited and the history of Taiwan as a country. All the hotels were excellent some of the best I've ever stayed in. Our driver Michael was an excellent driver and the bus was very comfortable. We also had time in the evenings to enjoy the night life. The last day was the Taipei city tour again it was great our tour guide David was very knowledgeable and the driver was good.Show more
