Dear Chi, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We truly regret that the changes made to your itinerary did not fully meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that the modifications regarding Iximché and Santiago Atitlán were communicated to you beforehand, and you confirmed your approval of these changes, along with other adjustments you specifically requested. Our goal has always been to ensure transparency and align the itinerary with your preferences. As for Panajachel, it is one of the planned stops on the tour, and its close proximity to the hotel is actually a benefit, offering you more convenience to explore the area. We regret any confusion this may have caused and truly appreciate your feedback, which will help us improve the clarity of our communications in the future. Best regards, Aborigen Tours Team

Dear Jonea, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the Lake Atitlan portion of the tour and that Luis Diego made such a positive impression during your visit. We sincerely apologize for the communication issues and the initial changes to your itinerary. We understand how frustrating that must have been, and we want to assure you that we are taking steps to improve our communication and coordination processes to prevent similar situations in the future. Regarding the Antigua portion of the tour, we appreciate your constructive feedback. We will carefully review the time management during group activities, such as the Jade Museum visit, to ensure all our customers can fully enjoy each part of the tour without unnecessary delays. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to making sure future experiences are seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. Thank you for your recommendation of the Lake Atitlan tour, and we hope to have the opportunity to enhance your experience on a future visit. Kind regards, Aborigen Tours Team
