  1. Day 1

    Guatemala City to Antigua Guatemala

    You'll touch down at La Aurora International Airport and get transferred to Antigua Guatemala for check-in. Keep in mind the tour only runs on Tuesdays and Fridays, so coordinate your flights accordingly.

  2. Day 2

    Antigua Guatemala

    After breakfast, you'll head out to walk through one of the Americas' most significant colonial cities. The Church of La Merced, Plaza de Armas, and the Cathedral are on your list, and then you'll have time to shop around before heading back to your hotel. The afternoon is yours to rest or wander.

    Antigua Guatemala - Chichicastenango - Lake Atitlán

    An early start gets you to Chichicastenango market up in the highlands, where you'll see colorful goods and indigenous culture firsthand. You'll check out the Church of Santo Tomás, then move on to Lake Atitlán with its three surrounding volcanoes. A panoramic stop in Panajachel comes before you reach your accommodation.

    Lake Atitlán to Guatemala City

    You'll board a boat at 8:00 AM heading to San Juan La Laguna, an indigenous town worth exploring on foot. The Catholic Church is there to visit, and then you'll see a chocolate cooperative and how they process their chocolate. A textile cooperative shows their dye work, followed by medicinal plant artisans. After returning to Panajachel, you'll travel to Guatemala City for the night.

Your guide takes you through Temple and Acropolis complex, Q and R Complex, Central Acropolis, Temples I and II, and the Lost World if time allows. Lunch happens at the Visitor Center before you head to your hotel in Flores.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
