  Our family just completed the tour arranged by UME Travel, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was well organized, and having a private guide made the trip much more relaxing. We loved visiting Tokyo, Kyoto, and Hiroshima at our own pace. The guide was knowledgeable and very friendly with our kids. Hotels were comfortable and transportation was smooth. What we appreciated most was the flexibility to customize parts of the itinerary. UME Travel really made our first trip to Japan unforgettable, and we would happily recommend them to anyone planning a family trip.Show more

  We just finished our first trip to Japan with UME Travel and had an amazing experience. Since it was our first time visiting Japan, we weren’t sure where to start, but the team did a great job arranging activities that matched our interests. The communication throughout the entire process was smooth and responsive, which made planning the trip much easier. Our guide, Koko, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Having a guided tour really helped us save time and allowed us to see and do more without worrying about the logistics. I would definitely recommend UME Travel to anyone visiting Japan for the first time, especially if you want a well-organized trip and a stress-free experience.Show more

  This tour is a very good choice for independant travellers who want some additional support to see places efficiently in a short space of time. UME travel were suppoprtive and flexible. We added days at the beginning and end of the tour and they were happy to work around that and link in re pick up points etc. All guides were friendly and knowledgeable and provided useful tips re travel, shopping and eating.Show more

  It was good overall. It would have been nicer if all the tour guides had more knowledge of the area and proactively told us about places rather than google and find the answers for all our questions almost every time. Also, if a tour of Osaka was covered, it would have been nice.Show more
