Extremely informative regarding the booking and answered all questions and had extensive advice and options. We have now completed our tour and we were amazed on how seamless everything was. Vietnam and Cambodia were beautiful, but what made it special was having Edna in constant communication with us. Edna went as far as meeting us in Hanoi at our hotel to say hello and gave us a small gift (she even rode her scooter for 45mins in pouring rain). Her advice, knowledge, her communication throughout the entire trip was exceptional. There is no doubt in the future we will use Tour Radar and Realistic Asia again. The many logistical details went without a hitch - many different drivers, guides, pickups, etc. were all on time and reliable. We did customize the trip slightly, which was very easy to organize through Realistic Asia. We would recommend this company and encourage people to ask about modifications as desired. We also used the upgrade to 4 star hotels. All the hotels were very nice, so we were happy we did the upgrade (although we did not stay in 3 stars so can’t directly compare).Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 15th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 15th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Realistic Asia. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Realistic Asia will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Realistic Asia" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
- TourRadar is an authorized Agent of Realistic Asia. Please familiarize yourself with the Realistic Asia payment, cancellation and refund conditions.
