    My partner has mobility issues so he uses a walking cane for short walks and a motorized collapsible battery powered wheelchair for longer walks. Would your bus tours be able to accommodate his chair?

      Unfortunately, our coaches are not equipped to accommodate motorized or collapsible wheelchairs, so we would not be able to safely accommodate the wheelchair on the coach. At present, the mobility aids we can accommodate are canes or walking sticks. The tour also involves regular walking, with some walking tours lasting up to around 3 hours, as well as stairs and uneven surfaces.

      In general, you do not need to pay the full amount at the time of booking. A deposit is usually sufficient to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before departure, which also serves as the payment deadline.

They are not included in the main tour price, and you are never required to join them.       Yes. On this itinerary, Killarney National Park is visited as part of the optional "Ring of Kerry Winter Day Trip" on Day 4. As noted in the itinerary, the excursion includes a scenic drive around the Ring of Kerry as well as a jaunting ride and views of Killarney National Park, where you'll learn more about the area's history and landscapes. If you do not book the optional excursion, Day 4 remains a free day in Killarney and you may choose to explore independently. However, transportation and guided visits to Killarney National Park are only included as part of the optional excursion.

If ever you decide not to add a single supplement (private room upgrade), we will follow our standard rooming process where we will assign you into a twin sharing room with another solo traveller of the same gender.

    would like to know would be "missing out" on anything if I go during low season vs shoulder season. is there an extra cost if because I am a solo traveler

      I meant to say that I am a single traveler. I am willing to share a room with someone, however, I do not know if that is something you do or are we supposed to have our own roommate

      The pricing is based on our default twin-share room accommodation. As a solo traveler, you'll be paired with another solo traveler of the same gender to share a room, unless you prefer to book a single supplement upgrade. The single supplement is an optional add-on that gives you a private room for the duration of the tour.

      Our Tours accommodation children from 10 years old and up. Same rate applies to all age group. The tour package inclusion is for 2 persons per room only. For your group of 5, that would mean that 1 of the adults will be sharing a room with another traveler of the same gender from the tour group. Or that person can choose to add a Single Room Upgrade (subject to availability) if he/she does not wish to share a room with another traveler.
