Can we have three people to one room?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate three adults in one room. Our tours are based on twin or single room arrangements only. For three travellers, this would require: One twin room + one single room (single supplement applied).

My friend and I would like to travel on the 3/15/26 trip but it appears to be sold out. He is currently registered for the 3/8 trip. Is there any chance of increasing the group size to include us?

The March 15, 2026 departure of our Ireland in Low Season Tour is actually a Cancelled Departure which is why it was take out and showing as "Sold Out" to ensure that there will be no bookings for that date. Our March 8, 2026 Departure on the other hand has a couple of availability more and is a confirmed departure.

As your tour is scheduled for 2026, the official hotel details are not yet available. Based on previous timelines, we expect this information to be confirmed around late December or early January. Once the hotel details are officially available, we will share them with you immediately.

Would I be able to share a room with another person on the trip? How much is a single supplement if I have to go that route?

We can definitely room you to another passenger even if you are on separate bookings. If you are unable to find someone who can travel with you, you can also opt for a single supplement (priced at $645 USD on top of the published tour price). If ever you decide not to add a single supplement (private room upgrade), we will follow our standard rooming process where we will assign you into a twin sharing room with another solo traveller of the same gender.

I meant to say that I am a single traveler. I am willing to share a room with someone, however, I do not know if that is something you do or are we supposed to have our own roommate

Our Tours accommodation children from 10 years old and up. Same rate applies to all age group. The tour package inclusion is for 2 persons per room only. For your group of 5, that would mean that 1 of the adults will be sharing a room with another traveler of the same gender from the tour group. Or that person can choose to add a Single Room Upgrade (subject to availability) if he/she does not wish to share a room with another traveler.

what is the hotel you use for tour Ireland in low season

The specific hotels used on tour depend on the departure date and are subject to change, with the up-to-date details usually finalised and shared around 90 days before departure. For that price am I guaranteed a single room by myself?

The quoted price is the standard package cost with a Twin Share Accommodation (2 Persons per room). If you do not wish to share a room with another traveler, you can get the Single Room Upgrade for an additional 855 CAD.

The food was enjoyable, and although the schedules were pretty packed with a few typical delays, everything generally went smoothly. Each Traveller is allowed to bring one main piece of luggage weighing no more than 20kg, and one small soft bag for hand luggage weighing a maximum of 7kg. Tour Leader for each tour is determined closer to the departure. Hotels are confirmed closer to the departure and sent out around 10-15 Days before the tour starts. The sale is subject to availability.
