Was amazing! The perfect number of cities in just the right amount of time. Didn’t feel rushed. The Responsible Asia team is top notch, 20 out of 10. Their tours are awesome and guides/staff out of this world - friendly, professional, fun and very knowledgeable! We learned a ton. One of the guides even provided his own “local favorites” list which was very cool and above and beyond. The communication of the Sherpa was also great. He made sure we were taken care of every step of the way, with someone to pick us up and take us comfortably to our next destination each and every time. Easy to find. Worry-free. Every detail was carefully planned and executed flawlessly. Would highly recommend!
Overall, this was a great trip!! All our day tour guides were great. English was either above average, or great. Accommodations were pretty good, except the first hotel was very small room. Most of the breakfasts served at the hotels were really good!! lunch supplied on the excursions were also good. I think it's possible to eat too much curry!! LOL. All the excursions were fantastic and the amount of history and cultural education was just what I was hoping for! I would advise to take a couple extra days at the end of the tour in Phuket to do Phi Phi Islands, Elephant tour, and The James Bond Island tours. The tour kinda leaves you hanging in Phuket at the end, which is fine, just be prepared to make use of your time. I also spent a good amount of time at Patong Beach to relax and enjoy some beach time. Great Trip!!!
