I want to clarify that during this package, you will join the group tours on Day 3 in Vietnam (group size may be 12-16 people) and Day 4 and 5 on Halong bay cruise. The group tour is NOT that you share with the same group from the beginning till the end. Most of our tour is a partial group tour in which you will have a group tour for excursion at each place, for airport pick up and accommodation are private. The tours in Cambodia and Thailand are private tours (only you, the tour guide, and the driver). It's based on the English-speaking guide.

Are flights included in the tour?

During this tour based on English-speaking guides, you will join the group tours in Vietnam (group size maybe 12-16 people). The group tour is NOT that you share with the same group from the beginning till the end. Most of our tour is a partial group tour in which you will have a group tour for excursion at each place, for airport pick up and accommodation are private. Based on your initial request for 2 adults, departing on 2nd July 2026, the price of 3-star accommodation will be: US $1,436 + $450 (local payment) = US $1,886/person. The local payment covers airfares during the trip, the English-speaking guide fee, and some other local fees for a wholesome experience which you pay us directly by credit card or cash on the first day. Because airfares change every day and we specialize in Southeast Asia countries, you will get a better rate in your country, we don't include the flight tickets from your home. You can check on some online platforms like booking, agoda, Skyscanner. Also, you can share with me your arrival and departure airport so that I can support you to check them.

please can you confirm that the group is composed by the same members from start to end in ALL the tours? no members added during the tour, no members leave during the tour. And will the guide be the same throughout the tour and with us full time even on the plane, going to the airport etc? Is the guide like a tour leader being with us full time? How many flights in total in the tour? How many are included in the price and how many to be paid at arrival?

What is the difference between 3 star hotels 4 star and 5

With a 5-star hotel price, the tours will be private tours (except sharing bus in Halong Bay). 3-star accommodation: US $1,437 + $450 (local payment) = US $1,887/person. 4-star accommodation: US $1,774 + $450 (local payment) = US $2,224/person. 5-star accommodation: US $3,100 + $450 (local payment) = US $3,550/person.

  I got your request of the package "Treasures of Southeast Asia In 11 Days (Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand)" for 2 people, starting in July 2026.
  
  I want to clarify that during this package, you will join the group tours on Day 3 in Vietnam (group size may be 12-16 people) and Day 4 and 5 on Halong bay cruise. The group tour is NOT that you share with the same group from the beginning till the end. Most of our tour is a partial group tour in which you will have a group tour for excursion at each place, for airport pick up and accommodation are private. The tours in Cambodia and Thailand are private tours (only you, the tour guide, and the driver). It's based on the English-speaking guide.

  During this tour based on English-speaking guides, you will join the group tours in Vietnam (group size maybe 12-16 people). The group tour is NOT that you share with the same group from the beginning till the end. Most of our tour is a partial group tour in which you will have a group tour for excursion at each place, for airport pick up and accommodation are private.
  
  Based on your initial request for 2 adults, departing on 2nd July 2026, the price of 3-star accommodation will be: US $1,436 + $450 (local payment) = US $1,886/person.
  
  The local payment covers airfares during the trip, the English-speaking guide fee, and some other local fees for a wholesome experience which you pay us directly by credit card or cash on the first day.
  
  Because airfares change every day and we specialize in Southeast Asia countries, you will get a better rate in your country, we don't include the flight tickets from your home. You can check on some online platforms like booking, agoda, Skyscanner. Also, you can share with me your arrival and departure airport so that I can support you to check them.

please can you confirm that the group is composed by the same members from start to end in ALL the tours? no members added during the tour, no members leave during the tour. And will the guide be the same throughout the tour and with us full time even on the plane, going to the airport etc? Is the guide like a tour leader being with us full time? How many flights in total in the tour? How many are included in the price and how many to be paid at arrival?

We are arriving in Hong Kong first, and need to return to Taiwan via Taipei after the tour. Possibly over 8 or 9 days, with preference for Ha Long Bay excursion.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 7th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 7th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Realistic Asia. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
