We just finished a 16-day Spirits of Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. Excellent and well balanced tour. The 3 star hotels were surprisingly good, situated in good locations, close to tourist objectives. A good mix of local tours and free days. Edna, the Realistic Asia representative was very professional all throughout the 16 days, constantly monitoring our progression. She was very well organized, quick to respond, and really cared about our experience. We even had the opportunity to meet her in person, lovely young lady. Really well put together tour. I had no issues with any transfers, accomodation or trips. The transfers & accomodation were all comfortable & clean ( though Royal Crown in Siem Reap was definitely my favourite). The tours were all interesting & on the main with excellent guides ( again my guide in Siem Reap was just beyond amazing with his knowledge of all the temples & history). The help I got from Edna from Realistic Asia was beyond 5 stars. Helped to change the itinerary, due to the flooding, last minute. Came back to all my questions promptly. As a solo traveller I felt totally supported.
