  We spent 16 nights on a tour of your beautiful country, Vietnam, through your travel agency. We have traveled extensively, but your organization really stands out positively from everything we have experienced so far. It is my personal wish to give you feedback on the excellent organization. We really felt like VIPs and were welcomed so warmly by all the drivers and guides, who took excellent care of us and always made us feel at home. It's incredible what warm relationships we have formed. We would especially like to thank Rosie again and let you know about it: Immediately after booking, Rosie contacted us by email and began providing support. I had special requests for my husband's birthday, and Rosie gave me excellent advice and helped me book special services. My communication with Rosie was always very quick and extremely competent. She responded very professionally and always gave us special support. In Rosie, you have an employee you can be very proud of, with her skills, her network, and her planning and implementation abilities. I must say, I was very impressed several times by how Rosie mastered questions and challenges. Our return flight was an extremely challenging situation. Without Rosie's contacts and organization, we would not have made our international flight home after our domestic flight from Da Nang. The domestic flight from Da Nang to Ho-Chi-Min-City was delayed, and it was only thanks to Rosie's contacts and network that we were able to make our international flight home on time. That was a masterful achievement and deserves special recognition. A representative was waiting for us right at the aircraft upon landing, the taxi driver was ready and waiting, and everything went smoothly. We are still impressed by what we experienced there. We wish you and your team all the best for the future. We will remember your country and, above all, the people involved in our trip for a very long time. It was hard for us to say goodbye.Show more

Hotels and staff were good, especially in Cambodia where they were excellent. We appreciated your suggestions for extra activities in each location. Our tour guides were good.   When we decided to visit South East Asia as a family, there was some anxiety over how we would navigate all these beautiful sites in the itinerary. Our friend Thang from Realistic Asia made everything so easy. He was assisting us each and every time we had a local tour or a transfer day. The sites on the visit were fantastic. We did not feel rushed and found the time at each location was just about right to get a sense of the people and sites. Even my teenage son continues to talk about how great the trip was (those of you with a teenager will understand why I think that is important to say).Show more

  Great tour! I was looking for a partially-guided tour (ie not group tour) of Southeast Asia and this one fit my requirements for time and cost. Realistic Asia's services were always reliable and the various hotels and guided activities were well-selected. Guides and drivers were dependable and punctual. I liked the flexibility offered by the free days. I upgraded to 4-star hotels as a perk and added on a stay in Bangkok at the end because I wanted to see more of Thailand. My Realistic Asia contact, Long Pham, was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!Show more

It was a perfect mixture of active days, culture and "free time" days where at first, I thought its going to be too much, but honestly, it was perfect because every single spot had something extra that i wanted to seek out on my own and it was made in a way that i actually looked forward to those days so i can also sleep a little longer and maybe enjoy the pool in the morning or the beach how i wanted. Our travel agent was Long Pham and i can recommend him from the bottom of my heart because he was top notch! Always only one whatsapp message away for any questions or wishes we had, he even checked in on his own regularly to make sure everything was running smoothly! Be open, ask everything you want to! He will give you alternative ideas if youre unsure of something to visit, a truly great guy, ask for him to be your agent if you can, you really cant go wrong with him.Show more

  Our guide Long Pham from realistic asia was superb. Our tour and all activities, car pickups, hotel arrangements were seemless. Other employees of realistic asia who took us out on site seeing tours in cambodia were also incredibly polite and helpful. It was like my sister and i got a personalised tour! I recommend the trip and Realistic Asia very highly. If we did it again we would probably avoid the hustle and bustle of the big cities (hanoi and hoi chi min city ) which were way more chaotic than we expected but we stayed in great hotels so they provided a place to retreat from the city busyness. Our preference was the lower key areas. Excellent tour operator. Our guides atrention to detail and our needs was much appreciatedShow more

  We spent a wonderful time in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Phuket, Thailand. The itinerary was well balanced between private tours and guided tours. Personally, I’m not a big fan of guided tours and prefer to explore on my own, sometimes even without a thoroughly planned route. I like the mix of impressions—ambience, people, architecture—to build up naturally rather than in a predetermined way. That’s how I get the real feeling and authentic touch, if I can put it that way. In Vietnam we visited many interesting places, but it’s a country you must feel, not just read about. Cambodia was the same—full of personal experiences and impressions. In Thailand we took a deep breath and relaxed on the beaches and islands. We met many interesting people—not only tourists like us, with whom we shared thoughts, but also locals. The tour guides had very different styles, which was also fascinating to observe. One was more humorous and adventurous, another was sophisticated and highly experienced. We took something valuable from each of them and are grateful for the experience. What we didn’t like as much—my friend and I—was the narrow room in Ho Chi Minh City with a tiny window (some rooms in that hotel had no window at all), and the hotel room in Phuket, which we ended up changing for a better one in the same hotel. The breakfast there was also not very good. Overall, we had a great experience and I highly recommend it. Everywhere we went—across the five flights and different locations—we were met by a driver and a comfortable car. I would suggest that there is no need for two people to use a van meant for six or eight passengers, but that’s just a small recommendation.Show more

  We have just returned from the most incredible holiday through Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand, and we cannot recommend Realistic Asia highly enough – especially our wonderful contact, Long. Our itinerary took us through Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City, then across to Siem Reap (including the breathtaking Angkor Wat), and finally on to Phuket – and every single stop was seamless, memorable and perfectly organised. Unfortunately, our trip began with a rocky start when the airline caused us to miss our connecting flight. We were stressed and worried about how this would impact our plans, but Long and the team at Realistic Asia went completely above and beyond. They quickly rearranged our itinerary and accommodation to maximise our time in Hanoi so we didn’t miss out on any key experiences. It genuinely turned what could have been a disaster into something barely noticeable. What truly set this company apart was the personal touch. Long met us in Hanoi himself, which immediately made us feel looked after and valued. He checked in with us daily throughout the trip, ensuring everything was running smoothly and responding instantly to any questions. All of our tours were exceptional. The guides were knowledgeable, professional and had a great sense of humour, bringing each destination to life. The hotels were consistently clean, comfortable, in excellent locations and staffed by friendly teams.
