We have been very happy with the planning and booking of our trip. Pickups and drivers were all on time and their vehicles were clean and comfortable. Hotels and staff were good, especially in Cambodia where they were excellent. We appreciated your suggestions for extra activities in each location. Our tour guides were good. My husband and I just returned from a realistic Asia tour of Vietnam, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Since this was our first trip to these countries, I wasn’t quite sure about doing a land tour and flying to several countries. However, from the beginning, our travel coordinator, Chris Thang, treated us with professional and personal attention. He communicated in a timely manner and always gave us helpful tips on how to get ready for our trip. I was surprised that he even met us on our first day at the hotel. We felt that his personal attention and just warm personality made us feel welcome and comfortable. He checked in with us daily to ensure that we enjoyed our tours, and reminded us of what to expect the next day in regards to pick up time and airline flights. All the personnel they used (drivers, guides, tours, and airlines) were professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company and Chris-he was amazing!
