Is it possible to book this tour as a private trip for my family, rather than joining a group? We are a family, and we would prefer to do the same itinerary, but with more privacy and flexibility.

We are able to arrange the private tours for your family. If you would like to upgrade to the private tour, our company offers an extra 110 USD per person. However, you still join the sharing cruise on HaLong Bay. The cruise has typically 20 cabins. If you want to take a private boat in Ha Long Bay, we have to charter a small boat and the price is an extra 320 USD per person.

I am travelling alone but would like to be part of a group. So does that mean I will have to share accomodation?

I am interested in booking this 16-Day tour with a group of friends (5 in total) in late November this year. We went for a Fantastic Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand 16-day tour package. This tour is excellent, and worth going for. We came back with an amazing experience of Vietnam and Cambodia. We spent nine days in Vietnam: three nights in Hanoi-Halong Bay, three nights in Hoi An, and three nights in Ho Chi Minh City. All our local tour operators and tour guides were very informative and professional and had excellent communication skills and manners. Also, in Cambodia, we enjoyed visiting Angkor Wat and floating village and lake tours. Again, our tour operator and tour guides were excellent, very polite, and accommodating. In Phuket especially our optional tour of Phi Phi Island that we booked through TourRadar was not that great when it came to safety. We were in speed boat- some 40-45 passengers with 45 minutes of boat ride in the ocean, and the boat operator didn't offfer life jacket. So we were all without life jackets. Also, the taxi driver who picked us up at the airport was driving like a meniac. I think Prestigo Asia will need to hire local tour operators who takes care of safety issues as we have specified.Show more

  We are able to arrange the private tours for your family. If you would like to upgrade to the private tour, our company offers an extra 110 USD per person. However, you still join the sharing cruise on HaLong Bay. The cruise has typically 20 cabins. If you want to take a private boat in Ha Long Bay, we have to charter a small boat and the price is an extra 320 USD per person.

  In Hanoi, I suggest a day tour to Hoa Lu – Tam Coc in Ninh Binh, which offers beautiful scenery and cultural insights. As for Hoi An, I think it's best to keep the extra day free for leisure, allowing you time to explore and enjoy the charm of the town at your own pace.

  We do not provide international flights to Hanoi or departures from Phuket. We only arrange domestic (in-tour) flights. For international flights, I recommend checking Skyscanner — it offers a variety of options and competitive rates.

I am interested in booking this 16-Day tour with a group of friends (5 in total) in late November this year. We are just wondering which airlines you typically book with for the flights between each city/country during the trip? Additionally, one of our friends unfortunately can't make it for the start of the trip but would be able to arrive in Hoi An on day 4 or 5 of the tour. We wondered if this would be possible? And if so, whether her ticket price could be discounted accordingly?

Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 16th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 16th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with PrestiGo Asia. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and PrestiGo Asia will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "PrestiGo Asia" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
