Are all the relevant entry visas included in the price of the tour?
All of our packages do not include the visa. Our company will instruct you on how to get the visa in the most convenient way. In case, you require us to apply for E-visa, we'll submit it and the fee will be informed to you separately
How many, if any, of your tours have guaranteed departures?
We guarantee that all our tours depart 100% as schedule
Can I join the tour once it has departed?
You should join the tour from its departure. In some cases, if you accept to join after its departure or change the date of departure, please feel free to contact us for proper support.
Can we change the departure time after booking confirmation? If so, what are the requirements?
If you require to change the date once you've booked, and 30 days before the arrival date, there is NO FEE; between 15 days to 30 days before the arrival date, the charges will be the actual cost of each service. The modification will be subject to availability and the international flight will be following their cancellation policies (if any).
What documents will I receive before I travel?
Prior to departure, the staff in charge will send you further information to help prepare for your trip (if any).
Is free and discounted travel available for children?
We do offer discounts for children on some of our tours, but it can vary depending on the specific tour, service and accommodation; and the age of the child. To find out if a discount is available for a particular tour, please reach out to your travel advisor.
Is there a supplement for solo travellers?

While we understand the desire to avoid the single supplement fee, we typically do not recommend room sharing due to potential compatibility and comfort issues. What is the standard of the hotels on this tour?
3 star hotel. In case you want to upgrade the accommodation to 4-star or 5-star hotel, please contact us for more details
