Our package includes daily breakfast at your hotel and meals as mentioned. You'll have some days with lunch and dinner. Regarding the international flight, our package doesn't include the international flight from France. There is only internal flight within Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia and Laos. You'll arrange the international flight on your own.

How does the Chiang Mai extension fit in with the other tour dates? Does it replace some of the main tour days or is it added at the end?

Regarding the Chiang Mai Extension, if you choose to add this option, your journey will be extended from 15 days to 18 days. The extension will be added at the end of your tour and will not replace or affect any of the main tour days in the original itinerary.

Can a bilingual English and Spanish guide be arranged for the full duration of a tour covering Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand?

A bilingual English and Spanish guide would be available with a private tour upgrade. However, we cannot guarantee the same guide throughout the entire trip. In line with local regulations in each country, we are required to use licensed local guides during your time in each destination.

What are the guaranteed tour dates in September 2027? Are tipping included in the price?

Our package doesn't include the tipping but it's not compulsory for our trip, it totally depend on you. If you would like to start in September 2027, we have the departure date already and we guarantee 100% of departure. We are currently provide a discount of 5% for all departure date. Also you are allowed to change the departure date one time without charge ( if the request more than 30 days before the departure date)

What is the value and itinerary of this tour with the extension to Chiang Mai?

Chiang Mai Extension: Extra 380 USD per person. You'll have extra 3 days in Chiang Mai with the itinerary below: DAY 13: BANGKOK - FLY TO CHIANG MAI, DAY 14: CHIANG MAI TEMPLE TOUR, DAY 15: CHIANG MAI ELEPHANT TOUR, DAY 16: CHIANG MAI - FLY TO LUANG PRABANG. You'll have total of 18 days if you want to extra Chiang Mai part.

Can you please confirm that the additional 250 USD per person for Spanish guide is one payment for the whole trip, correct?

Yes, the upgrade fee is USD 250 per person for the entire trip. Please note that during the 2 days and 1 night in Ha Long Bay, travelers will be accompanied by the cruise's guide, which is English-speaking. For the rest of the itinerary, a Spanish-speaking guide will be provided.

Do you have any dates in Feb, 2026 where you already have a solo traveller? Which option is the option to share? Should I choose any that has a sharing option? Is it possible to have vegan gluten free food while travelling on this trip?

You are able to choose the same gender to share the accommodation. However, if we don't have any solo traveler on your date. You must pay extra for the single supplement. Once you are ready to proceed with your booking, please click on "Book Now" on the left side of the page.

I am interested in taking a tour of Southeast Asia. I do not need a visa for Thailand but I do for all the other countries. I have applied for and received a Vietnam eVisa. Can you do that for Laos/Cambodia and I can get this done well in advance?

Regarding the eVisa, please rest assured that you can easily obtain both Cambodia and Laos visas on arrival at the airport. However, if you prefer to apply for the visas in advance, you'll need to wait until early next year.

What hotel are we staying in Bangkok (4 star selection)? I wanted to see what there is nearby (food and activity wise)for our free and easy day. I'm assuming the elephant sanctuary provides a change of clothes. Do they provide shoes also? I saw that Thailand is strict with medications. I checked the list and none of mine are controlled and in the 2 category. Do I need a doctors note or are they ok in the prescription bottle with the label?

Bangkok Hotel: You will be staying at a 4-star hotel - Mandarin Bangkok By Centerpoint. It's centrally located, so there are plenty of nearby options for dining, shopping, and activities for your free and easy day. Elephant Sanctuary: Yes, the sanctuary provides a change of clothes for visitors. However, they do not provide shoes, so please bring a pair of comfortable shoes suitable for walking in mud or water. Medications: Since none of your medications are controlled and are in category 2, they are generally fine as long as they are in the original prescription bottles with labels. A doctor's note is not strictly required, but it can be helpful just in case you are asked about them at customs.

Pros: Overall good experience and I would recommend booking it. Super friendly people in all the countries visited and we never felt unsafe. Food is amazing and super cheap! Transportation (especially by tuk tuk) is easy and affordable (recommend downloading Grab app to avoid taxi scams). We upgraded to 4 & 5 star hotels and they did not disappoint. We saw some amazing things and learned a lot. Highlights for us were the elephant sanctuary (Chiang Mai extension), Angkor Wat & swimming in the waterfall in Laos. Dat (the travel agent that booked everything) was great, very responsive and helped us resolve a couple issues. FYI you will not be with the same folks throughout the trip. We had different tour guides for every city and most were great, a couple were just ok, none were bad. In all countries except Vietnam we actually had a personal tour guide and driver which was a pleasant surprise and let us tailor it a bit to suit our needs. Cons & Tips: You will be taken to "tourist traps" in the guise of learning about the local culture and may feel pressured to purchase goods. Some of the sites are extremely crowded. There is a lot of traveling and it can get exhausting but I guess what do you expect from 4 countries in 15 days. We didn't realize how much cash we were going to need, many places don't accept cards or tap-to-pay or charge a higher rate if they do. (Thailand not as much). Make sure to get local currency for all the countries, preferably beforehand through your bank to avoid higher fees at currency exchanges and ATMs. All countries accept USD as well but you will pay more. Also try to get visas online for Cambodia & Laos as getting them at the airport upon arrival takes a while and you will be overcharged. We were supposed to fly in and out of Hanoi but my partner accidentally only got the single-entry visa and they wouldn't let us fly back to Hanoi as our layover was more than 24 hours so we had to fly back to Bangkok and book a flight home from there, costing us quite a lot of money so double-check your visa confirmation as she swore she clicked double-entry. You will also need the digital arrival card (TDAC) for each entry into Thailand (if you plan on re-entering). Do this before getting into the customs line, preferably online before landing to skip the lines at the kiosks. You will need travel insurance for this trip, I recommend Faye.Show more

My husband and I opted for the private tour option which included an upgrade to 5 star hotels and we were so glad we did because every hotel we stayed in was fantastic - excellent breakfasts included for every day, leaving us full for the day of exploring. Communication with Prestigo through Whatsapp and Tourradar was consistently fantastic, with the average response time on Whatsapp being about two minutes! Our private tour guides were outstanding in every location - very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Drivers and transfers were well organised too. We travelled in April which has incredibly hot weather and our local guides adapted each day to cater to the heat, getting us out early and to lunch when it was at the hottest point, providing us with water, fans and umbrellas for the rain.   If I can get a flight from Laos to India then yeah I can book the tour. I looked at Luang Prabang it seems quite isolated and the only direct flights they have are to Hanoi, Bangkok and Siem Rap. None to India.

What hotel are we staying in Bangkok (4 star selection)? I wanted to see what there is nearby (food and activity wise)for our free and easy day. I'm assuming the elephant sanctuary provides a change of clothes. Do they provide shoes also? I saw that Thailand is strict with medications. I checked the list and none of mine are controlled and in the 2 category. Do I need a doctors note or are they ok in the prescription bottle with the label?

Elephant Sanctuary: Yes, the sanctuary provides a change of clothes for visitors. However, they do not provide shoes, so please bring a pair of comfortable shoes suitable for walking in mud or water. Medications: Since none of your medications are controlled and are in category 2, they are generally fine as long as they are in the original prescription bottles with labels. A doctor's note is not strictly required, but it can be helpful just in case you are asked about them at customs.
