    We are thinking about doing the tour. We just got some questions. 1. Is it possible to get a room just for me and my men in every lodge? 2. Is it possible to leave our luggage we dont need for the trek somewhere in Kathmandu? 3. How much luggage ist allowed in the flight to Lukla? 4. How big will the groups be? 5. Can we rent a sleeping back? How much does IT Coast?

      1, room if lodge we can provide you can all the way treking single room if not possblle some time you can share it but you will see the seation becaue main season. 2, you can leave to your bag In my office I have hotel also in kathmandu. 3, about plane you can do it 30-40 kg if extra office will pay. 4, if group that day i can join if not you can do you and your guide also but I will all responsible you dont have to worried. 5, sleeping and you can rent at my office.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before June 13th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Nepal Horizon Treks & Expedition Pvt.Ltd. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Nepal Horizon Treks & Expedition Pvt.Ltd will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
