We lived this tour. While there is always some room to improve, this is by far the best tour experience we've had in decades. Everything as described, proactive with communications, and excellent customer care.

Overall the trip was good. We saw a lot and enjoyed most of the excursions. Pick up/drop off, the guides and communications were good too. However the pre trip information was not very complete and I had to reach out to Nadine several times to clarify or get more information. Nadine did a great job and answered in a timely fashion.
