      While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs, please note that our booking cancellation policy is as follows: 60 days or more prior to departure: 5% of the cost of the tour is forfeited, 30-59 days prior to departure: 10% of the cost of the tour is forfeited, 15-29 days prior to departure: 20% of the cost of the tour is forfeited, 7-14 days prior to departure: 50% of the cost of the tour is forfeited, Within 6 days prior to departure: 90% of the cost of the tour is forfeited. As per your question regarding a 24-hour cancellation policy, we typically do not offer a full deposit return within 24 hours of booking, as our policy is designed to accommodate the advanced arrangements and reservations made on behalf of our travelers.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
