Is the Dec 9, 2026 departure date a guaranteed departure?

All departures are guaranteed departures.

We are big sauna fans so enjoying a Finish sauna with a cold bath afterwards is a must.

Sauna is easy in Finland. there are millions of saunas. an ice dip in cold water would depend on temperature and if lake or river frozen but otherwise every sauna has a cold shower. I would suggest our Lapland winter adventure where we can add a sauna experience

Is the trip costs 3.790 at December 22 and the flights are not included? Is the trip from Rovaniemi to Sweden included?

Flights are not included but transfers and overnight sleeper train from Helsinki to Rovaniemi is included. Sleeper train is sold out on 23DEC. If seater train is OK then we can book you on this tour and deduct 200 eur discount for 2 people. We can also amend this program, such as adding domestic flight. Icebreaker cruise in Sweden is included.

Are there single supplements for solo travelers on the tour?

Single room prices are available for every departure, and solo travelers can check rates through the provided link.

Can accommodation be modified to include an Igloo stay?

Accommodation can be adjusted to include an Igloo stay in destinations like Glass Igloo in Santa Claus Village, depending on availability and with additional cost.

Is this tour with other people or is it an individual tour?

This is partly individual holiday package. All day tours and activities are group and the rest is individual.

Is there any discount/promotion code for old clients? Can you confirm the tour will be operated on 4th March? Is it possible to settle the tour's price in two installments?

What happens if there is no ice for the Icebreaker Cruise?

The Icebreaker Cruise will still take place even if there is no ice. However, there is no refund option available if the cruise goes ahead.

Is there an option to not drive the snowmobile on the tour?

Yes, if you prefer not to drive the snowmobile, you can sit behind a guide or in a sledge pulled by the guide's snowmobile.

I'm a solo traveller. if I book a twin room, do I get match with another solo traveller in the room?

If you book twin room, you will be automatically charged for 2 people. We are not able to accommodate you with another person in the same room. Kindly, choose single room should you wish to book for 1 person.

The itinerary in Rovaniemi had several inconsistencies with the real bookings, making difficult for me to trust what was correct and create stress during vacation. My check out of the Igloo hotel was at 8am, but actually was no needed to be so early since the real time booking for Husky adventure was at noon instead of the morning, At same time i learn that the hotel in the city was reserved also for the same night as the Igloo hotel, makes me wonder if that night was double charged. The New years dinner was very confusing, because was reserved under Clarisa travel agency and was not clear the names of the persons also that we were not actually together, so the service start late because they were waiting for everyone to arrived.Show more

Dear Elizabeth, We are sorry to hear that your new year holiday in Rovaniemi was not enjoyable and you had some issues and uncertainty. Before your arrival I have contacted you via WhatsApp and made it very clear that you can contact me any time should you have any issue, any question or any problem. I wish you had brought those issues to my attention straight ahead so we could be more helpful to make your holiday more enjoyable. We have not double charged for the hotel. We have to allocate rooms months in advance for the new year time and we have both hotel and igloo so our clients can choose to stay in Igloo or hotel. On 31th Dec we had other clients staying at hotel. I don't know where you got this information but this is simply wrong. You were not double booked nor double charged for the same night. Dinner is made compulsory by the hotel at new year eve. we are sorry that you had problem and confusion with the dinner. This is hotel's responsibility and we will discuss this issue with the hotel and hope that they will improve their service.
