Dear Eng Ping Teo Firstly, I am sincerely thankful for your feedback and I am very happy to know you have had a good time with us. I know there are some issues during the trip with the lack of communication. I hope our replies can satisfy our travelers and understand our operation. Firstly, I am sorry if you feel that you don't have enough information for visa, normally our package doesn't include the visa because some travelers waive visas from some countries. That's why the traveler should inquire us about a visa in advance and we'll give you some details/information. The only information you need for Vietnam visa is accommodation and we gave it to you right away after receiving your request. Other information such as an entry date/airport is shown when you book it. However, we'll definitely give you any information you requested. Secondly, we have clearly mentioned the pick-up time as yellow highlighted every day on the final confirmation voucher we sent you ( 1-2 weeks before the arrival date, we'll send all documents to all travelers with confirmation voucher, pick-up time, packing list, advise...). On What'sapp our team also messaged you this note ( pickup time) from the beginning ( can you check it again?) We assigned our travel consultant in charge of you for the whole trip to avoid any scams or confusion therefore your information is secure. We guarantee that our team worked so hard and answered all your questions during the tour. Lastly, I know your feedback is really important to us and it's so useful to us to welcome our next travelers and improve our services also communication. I am really sorry for these inconveniences caused during the trip. I hope I have a chance to welcome you back to Southeast Asia Best Regards Dat Huynh

We plan to fly home on the 29th instead of the 28th. Would this be included in the transfer cost? Secondly, do we need to stay at a different hotel for the additional night?

      TravelerWritten June 2026

Are there any mandatory costs not included in the base package (e.g., visa fees)?

    • PrestiGo AsiaOperatorWritten June 2026

If you arrive early in the morning, we can certainly arrange an extra night at your hotel so that you can check in and rest. We will also schedule your airport pickup according to your arrival time at no additional transfer cost. The additional accommodation rates are: 3-star hotel: USD 60 per room per night, 4-star hotel: USD 80 per room per night, 5-star hotel: USD 155 per room per night

    • PrestiGo AsiaOperatorWritten June 2026

If you plan to depart one day later, we can also arrange an additional night in Bangkok. Your airport transfer on the departure day will be provided free of charge. The additional accommodation rates are: 3-star hotel: USD 80 per room per night, 4-star hotel: USD 105 per room per night, 5-star hotel: USD 160 per room per night

    • PrestiGo AsiaOperatorWritten June 2026

There are a few periods of free time during the tour: Day 5 – Hanoi to Siem Reap. Your flight to Siem Reap departs in the afternoon, giving you a free morning in Hanoi. We recommend exploring the Old Quarter, sampling local Vietnamese cuisine, visiting the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, or simply relaxing at one of the city's charming cafés before your transfer to the airport. Day 9 – Free Day in Bangkok. You'll have the entire day at leisure in Bangkok. If you'd like to explore more, we highly recommend joining an optional day trip to Ayutthaya, Thailand's ancient capital and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

    • PrestiGo AsiaOperatorWritten June 2026

There are no hidden charges. Please note that visa fees are not included, as travelers are responsible for arranging their own visas according to their nationality.

    Asked on May 30th, 2026

Is it possible to have a guide who speaks French? Is it better in October or November? Does this tour pass by the Golden Bridge?

    Operator
    Tour Details
    • PrestiGo AsiaOperatorWritten May 2026

We can organize a French-speaking guide throughout the journey. Concerning the Golden Bridge (Golden Bridge), this itinerary does not include this visit. The Golden Bridge is located at Ba Na Hills, near Da Nang, in central Vietnam, while this circuit is dedicated to northern Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. If you absolutely want to visit the Golden Bridge, we can customize the itinerary and add 1 to 2 nights in Da Nang so you can discover this iconic site. Regarding the best time to travel, October and November are both excellent months. However, November generally offers more pleasant temperatures and drier weather, making it one of the best times of year to visit Southeast Asia.

    • J

      Jeremy

      TravelerWritten May 2026

What is not included are the majority of meals (except lunches) as well as the activity in Ayutthaya? On day 9 if possible I would rather book at the elephant sanctuary. Do we need to obtain a visa on arrival at each of the places? Is it possible that 3-star hotels have swimming pools?

    • PrestiGo AsiaOperatorWritten May 2026

Regarding Day 9, it is quite possible to replace the Ayutthaya excursion with a visit to an elephant sanctuary. The supplement for this activity is 80 USD per person. Concerning the price of the trip, it already includes almost all costs related to the circuit and there are no hidden costs. For hotels, I can book 3-star hotels with a pool in Bangkok and Siem Reap. On the other hand, in Hanoi, it is unfortunately not possible to offer a 3-star hotel with a pool in the Old Quarter, as the buildings there are generally too small to have this type of equipment. Furthermore, if you book this circuit in French, you will automatically benefit from an upgrade to a private circuit with a French-speaking guide, at no extra charge. When you make your reservation, please select the French language so I can organize this for you. Please note that the elephant sanctuary excursions as well as the Ha Long Bay cruise will remain group activities with English-speaking accompaniment. For these services, we must use the guides provided by the sanctuary and by the cruise company, who speak English.

    • J

      Jeremy

      TravelerWritten May 2026

Do we need to pay for visas? For the elephant sanctuary, I'm looking on my side if I find something less expensive.

    • PrestiGo AsiaOperatorWritten June 2026

If you are of Canadian nationality, you will need to request an e-Visa for Vietnam before your departure.

    • J

      Jeremy

      TravelerWritten June 2026

In Cambodia can we pay the visa at the airport?

    • PrestiGo AsiaOperatorWritten June 2026

Concerning the visa for Cambodia, you can obtain it directly upon your arrival at the airport. It is a Visa on Arrival, and you can pay the visa fees on site when you enter the country.

    Asked on March 7th, 2026

Do I need to get a visa for both Vietnam and Cambodia?

    Visa
    • PrestiGo AsiaOperatorWritten March 2026

Please note that visa requirements depend on your nationality. For Vietnam, travelers from some countries such as the UK, Spain, Germany, and France can enter visa-free for a limited stay. However, if you are from countries like the United States or Canada, you will need to apply for a Vietnam e-visa. The process is simple and can be completed online. For Cambodia, most travelers can obtain a visa on arrival when entering the country.

I am traveling alone and plan to travel in late October/early November. I am from the USA but have dual British citizenship. I'll probably be using my USA passport.

    • PrestiGo AsiaOperatorWritten March 2026

If you are traveling with a U.S. passport, you will need to apply for a Vietnam e-visa in advance.

is it possible to book additional days in Bangkok, after the end of the tour? Do you offer other tours not included with the package, since I'd be traveling by myself.

Yes, absolutely — it's possible to add extra days in Bangkok after the end of the group tour. I'd be happy to help arrange additional accommodation, transfers, or any activities you'd like during your extended stay. Since you'll be traveling solo, I can also suggest a range of optional day tours or short excursions outside of the main package. These can include cultural experiences, cooking classes, temple visits, floating markets, or even a relaxing spa day — all designed to suit solo travelers and flexible schedules. If you let me know how many extra days you're considering and what type of experiences you're interested in (e.g. culture, nature, food, wellness…), I'll tailor some ideas for you right away.

I'm a single traveller and I wanted to know if this tour would allow me to be paired with another traveller of the same sex so that I would have to pay the single supplement.

    • PrestiGo AsiaOperatorWritten March 2025

It's possible to be paired with another traveler on the same sex. However, we haven't received any solo travelers on this date. Would you like to book the slot first until we can find another travelers?
