  The tour was very well planned and communication was excellent. I always knew where to be and when. All the sites were excellent and well worth seeing. Looking back at all the separate tours I would say the best time I had was when I was when I was touring with a group. While this was a “small group tour” all of my tours in Cambodia and Thailand were individual tours, just me and the guide (plus a driver). In Vietnam I was actually in a small group and it was just more fun. All my guides were excellent, knowledgeable and very friendly. But it was more fun to share the experience with others. All the hotels were very nice and well located, especially in Hanoi. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.Show more

  Our Guides were very knowledgeable. We had a group tour (around 20 people) in Vietnam and private tour in Cambodia and Thailand. There is a lot of walking- so bring comfy shoes. Most days we took advantage of a massage at the day's end, as they are very inexpensive and there are plenty of locations to pick from. Our hotels were very nice and clean- we did upgrade to 4 star hotels. The food was delicious and plenty of variety for a vegan traveler. We opted for a cultural dinner and show in Siem Reap and dinner on the 84th floor at the Bangkok Sky Tower. Favorites were overnight stay on the bay, the floating market, and wandering the neighborhoods near our hotels. Overall a great experience and many things to see and do.Show more

  9/10 – An Incredible Trip with a Few Small Hiccups This was truly a trip of a lifetime! Everything was well organized, and the guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout. Hanoi – Rex Hotel: Staff were excellent, but the hotel felt a bit dated and not quite 4-star quality. Mold in the shower and limited elevator access (only to the 12th floor) made things difficult for some. However, the rooftop bar and breakfast were great. Our guide, Duc, was fantastic, and the excursions were excellent. Halong Bay – La Pandora Cruise: Clean and pleasant, but again, not 4-star level. Activities were limited, and the canoe ride in Hanoi was more enjoyable. Some staff were visibly sick while handling food, which was a concern. Our guide Kevin was helpful and kind. Siem Reap – Tara Angkor Hotel: Outstanding! Truly 4-star with excellent service, delicious food, and a warm, welcoming staff. Our guide Kim and driver Retty were both exceptional and made Cambodian history come alive. Bangkok – Mandarin Hotel: Comfortable and deserving of its 4-star rating. The breakfast was excellent and staff were great, but the lack of alcohol service in the restaurant was surprising. We had to go across the street just to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, which was a downside. Our guide, Giftsy, was informative and made the temple visits unforgettable. Overall, I’d highly recommend this trip. Just a few minor adjustments would make it perfect!Show more

  Had issues with communications for pick up at Hanoi Airport. Tried calling the operator with no answer twice. Sent text through the What's App several times before finally getting a response. The driver didn't show up until 90 minutes past arrival time at baggage claim. After traveling for 26 hours, was dissappointed in this. The rest of the tour was good. The local tour guides were all responsive to text and friendly. The accommodations and food were great. The activities were fun!Show more

  This tour gives a glimpse of 3 countries which are very different but that stem from the same culture. The Vietnam portion was part of a larger bus tour, but then when we got to Cambodia and Thailand we had our own guide (which we preferred). We were happy with our 4star hotels that were located in good areas for walking around and soaking up the streetlife. Bring good shoes for walking- you will be doing a lot of it. We enjoyed all the sites, and enjoyed the down time so that we could just walk the markets, and get some Vietnamese and Thai massages (cheap) every other day. A great experience!Show more

  I have found the Touradar portal for communicating with us a bit lacking. In the early stages of organizing our trip, my questions were not answered, or not completely answered, we were not provided with enough information to complete our visa applications until we ask for them. I think the service and communication can be improved. In general, the trip turned out alright. The tour guides, private drivers, and hotels were very good though the shuttle vans were not so good. There is a lack of communication from Prestigo. We were not properly informed on a daily basis as to when to expect pick up time, who are we meeting etc. Even after the Halong Bay cruise, we were not informed as to who is picking us up, which car/ van to look out for. There is a general lack of organization and communication. I have to WhatsApp David every day to find out what is going on. In most cases, the guide or driver would mention that they do not have our contact details, so they could not communicate with us in advance as to when they will be meeting us. This is probably an area Prestigo could improve on. Nonetheless, overall, we had a good trip. Thank you.Show more

The only information you need for Vietnam visa is accommodation and we gave it to you right away after receiving your request. Other information such as an entry date/airport is shown when you book it. However, we'll definitely give you any information you requested. Secondly, we have clearly mentioned the pick-up time as yellow highlighted every day on the final confirmation voucher we sent you ( 1-2 weeks before the arrival date, we'll send all documents to all travelers with confirmation voucher, pick-up time, packing list, advise...). On What'sapp our team also messaged you this note ( pickup time) from the beginning ( can you check it again?) We assigned our travel consultant in charge of you for the whole trip to avoid any scams or confusion therefore your information is secure.
