Our Epic Asia trip includes all flights once the trip has commenced. From Day 1 to Day 38, all flights, transport, activities, and accommodation are included. Flights to Thailand (Bangkok) and home from Cambodia (Siem Reap) are the only ones not included, so you'll need to organise those yourself. For any meals included in the price of the trip, vegetarian options will be available at no extra cost. Once you've booked, you can note any dietary requirements on your booking, and we'll make sure suitable options are provided for all included meals.

How do I handle flight tickets for this trip?

Our Epic Asia includes all flights once the trip has commenced. From Day One until Day 38 all transport is included. Flights to Thailand and home from Cambodia are the only ones not included, so you'll need to sort those yourself. On Day 1 of your trip, there are no planned activities, so you can arrive at any time. The group meets around 7pm for a welcome dinner, so we recommend arriving before then if possible.

Is it possible to stay together with three friends per two in a room where this is possible, or will this be assigned during the trip?

You would be able to stay together some nights. Other nights you would be splitting up as rooms may be twin or double rooms. The accommodation is a mix of Hotels, overnight boats, guesthouses, beachside bungalows.

Are flights included in the Epic Asia tour?

Flights are not included as part of the tour package. We recommend using search platforms like Skyscanner to find the best flight deals.

Is there an age restriction for the Epic Asia tour?

Our tours generally cater to the 18 to 39 age group, primarily attracting travelers in their 20s. Nevertheless, we often have persons in their 40s who enjoy our tours as well.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions or special dietary needs?

Inform us about your dietary needs when you book your trip. We ensure that all our travelers' dietary requirements are met throughout the journey.

  If you arrive on the 12th (Day 1 of the trip), we recommend arriving in the morning/afternoon so that you don't miss out on the first group dinner at 7pm. Whatever time you land into Bangkok, we'll be waiting to pick you up at the airport. If you arrive in advance of the 12th October, then we can arrange any extra nights of accommodation you might require. We book all your internal travel, including flights. For this reason, we will require your passport information immediately upon booking.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 9th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 9th, 2026, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with INTRO Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and INTRO Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
