I was so excited for the Vietnam trip and heard amazing things about the country, but Bobby is the reason the tour and my time in Vietnam was so amazing. Starting almost a week before the tour even started, we got messages from him, trying to connect the group, break the ice, and most importantly all the information we needed when we arrived in Vietnam, and an extensive list of recommendations for our first city. Among arriving in Vietnam, Bobby was incredibly responsive and welcomed us at the hotel with a very enthusiastic “Welcome to Vietnam!” It was clear from the first day of the trip the passion he had for his country and how he would ensure our trip would be as seamless as possible. My favorite part about Bobby was how he would connect with the group, stay out with us at bars making sure everyone was having a good time, and would make sure everyone got walked back safely to the hotel. Bobby truly cared about each of us on the tour and that did not go unnoticed. I am so grateful to have had Bobby as my tour guide and would recommend him to anyone visiting Vietnam!

Bobby was a key reason for this. Bobby exuded warmth and friendliness, whilst also providing extensive knowledge about Vietnam. Bobby has made me feel so safe and comfortable on this trip and I knew I would be able to go to him for any issue that might have arisen whilst abroad. Bobby also went above and beyond when our tour itinerary had to change because of flooding in Hoi An. He managed this quickly with limited outward stress and I didn’t feel our trip had been impacted in any way because of this.

The trip was the one I was the most excited for of my Intro trips, and it did not disappoint! We did everything I wanted to from Vietnam with the exception of the Ha Giang Loop, and I could not have h…The trip was the one I was the most excited for of my Intro trips, and it did not disappoint! We did everything I wanted to from Vietnam with the exception of the Ha Giang Loop, and I could not have had a better time! Bobby was the best guide we could have hoped for during our time in Vietnam having been able to navigate us along the way and give us the history behind each location. If there was anything we needed, he was there to help and communicate with the locals as well. Highlights of the trip include Ninh Binh honesty and the Dragon Mountain Viewpoint, along with the coconut boats and lantern release in Hoi An. The only regret is not having a full day in Ho Chi Minh, but Bobby made it a memorable time with a history tour and food experience! Such a lovely time, can’t wait to come back to Vietnam! Thank you for everything Bobby!!

This meant that all …Our tour guide, Bobby, was the overall highlight of this trip as I couldn’t imagine my first time in Vietnam without his wisdom, guidance, recommendations or just pure enthusiasm. This meant that all food suggestions were followed and highly enjoyed, and help was always given in navigating any issue or question we had. If only Bobby could be our tour guide for any future trips in other locations. Organisation of trips, transport and activities was excellent meaning the fast-paced nature of the tour went down very smoothly without any hassle.
All activities were planned out well as we got a good snapshot into each city and region within the time limitations, and other partner companies like the boat company on Ha Long Bay were well integrated to give off a hospitable and welcoming feeling.
The only suggestions for improvement are to possibly alter the dinner destination of Inflame in Hoi An as although some dishes were delicious, others were not as well cooked we felt. The other is to possibly include Bana Hill/Golden Hand Bridge within the tour price as standard rather than an extra cost as I would’ve been happy to attend however it was a choice between that and the beach club - I would happily pay extra within the original tour price for this.
Thank you Bobby for a truly wonderful experience as I already want to return to Vietnam.

Our group leader was Bobby who is from Vietnam himself and I think that was a bonus for us as he knew all the history and was very passionate about his country.
This was my third trip with Intro travel and I would book with them again because everything is planned and organised so well and we are very well taken care of.
Bobby always made sure we were having a good time and would recommend lots of places to see and things to do in our free time.
The only thing I would say is that the hike in Sapa was quite tough and I don’t think we were given enough information as some people on our group didn’t have the right shoes etc. So for anyone booking this tour, make sure you are aware of the 2 days of hiking and make sure you take the right footwear and clothing :)

I was searching for Vietnam tours in Tourradar and saw really good reviews for Intro Travel. I chose this tour because it seemed like it would be a good mix of adventure and relexation - and I was not disappointed! Our group was fortunate to have two amazing tour leaders: Bobby and Liam. Bobby is a local so that was definitely a plus with his vast knowledge of Vietnamese history, culture and food. Both Bobby and Liam always made sure that everything ran smoothly and that we had everything we need. All acommodations and transportation were great including the Ha Long Bay overnight boat, Ninh Binh homestay and even the train ride. I enjoyed all the activities especially kayaking in Ha Long Bay and biking in Ninh Binh. The tour leaders also recommended great places to eat, visit or things to do during our free time. They had great communication to the entire group. The entire group was amazing and fun, and I'm glad to make connections and learn about each other's culture. Most of all, the tour provided me with greater appreciation of the Vietnamese culture and food! I only did the 9 day tour but really wished I was able to do the 12 days as the group seemed like they had a blast for the last 3 days. Nevertheless, the 9 day tour is still worth it. Definitely recommend this tour!

Bobby and Liam were absolutely AMAZING…there wasn’t a single day where they didn’t check in to see if there was anything we needed from them and if everyone was enjoying themselves. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we were having an experience of a lifetime. Bobby provided us with a lot of Vietnamese history and culture and Liam made countless trips back and forth between whatever venue and the hotel to make sure every member of the group made it back to the hotel safely.
We were the oldest folks on the group by a long shot but we were treated no differently by Bobby, Liam or anybody else in our group, which was great!
We loved the Vietnam tour overall. The locations and activities were excellent. Particularly loved Ha Long Bay, the lantern making, cooking class, Ninh Binh, and Chu Chi tunnels. I think there was a great balance of organized and free time. Bobby and Liam always had suggestions for free time activity ideas.
On one day, it wasn’t that warm so about half the group wanted to go to the Golden Bridge in Ba Na Hills instead of the beach. Bobby and Liam quickly arranged to make that happen.
