It says $ 1002 per person. Is this include everything? Is there any other charges?

    • Realistic AsiaOperatorWritten June 2026

Our package includes 2 parts: Upfront Payment + Local Payment. For Upfront Payment, you have to pay before the trip on the Tourradar system. For the Local Payment of USD 700/person, it covers airfare during the trip (except for international flights for arrival and departure of this trip), the English-speaking guide fee, and some other local fees for a wholesome experience. You can pay it anytime till your arrival day by cash (big new USD bills), or a credit card payment link (with transfer fee), NOT compulsory to pay in advance like the Upfront Payment.

    • Realistic AsiaOperatorWritten June 2026

during the Glimpse Of Indochina In 14 Days tour, you will join the group tours in Vietnam (group size maybe 12-16 people). The group tour is NOT that you share with the same group from the beginning till the end. Most of our tours are partial group tours in which you will have different groups for excursion at each place, but airport pick up/drop off and accommodation are private, just join a group on days you have a tour. The tours in Cambodia and Thailand are private.

    • Realistic AsiaOperatorWritten June 2026

Based on your initial request for 2 people (A double room), starting on July 25th 2026, the price will be: 3-STAR HOTELS: USD 1,399 (Upfront Payment) + USD 700 (Local Payment) = USD 2,099/person. The Local Payment covers airfare during the trip (except for international flights for arrival and departure of this trip), the English-speaking guide fee, and some other local fees for a wholesome experience. You can pay Local Payment anytime till your arrival day by cash (new USD bills), OR credit card payment link (with transfer fee)

For your request to share room, there are no travelers want to share a room now. All of them go as solo traveler, or travel with their friends/relatives.

I mean two separate beds in one room, so we don't each need our own room. Yes, How much would this be with 3, 4, or 5 star hotel? Some days in Ho Chi Minh, but one booking of rooms for 2 instead of 2 separate rooms in each location.

    • Realistic AsiaOperatorWritten May 2026

I got you, it means you want a Twin room for you and your sister. I can work and try to book a Twin room for you, you can rest assured! Please note: The Thailand hotel (Phuket) only confirm the bed type based on availability upon your arrival, but they will take note in the system for our request for a Twin beds room and will try to arrange it for you. Based on your initial request for 2 people (a Twin room), starting on July 28th 2026, the price of original Glimpse Of Indochina In 14 Days package will be: * 3-STAR HOTELS: USD 1,399 (Upfront Payment) + USD 700 (Local Payment) = USD 2,099/person. * 4-STAR HOTELS: USD 1,885 (Upfront Payment) + USD 700 (Local Payment) = USD 2,585/person. * 5-STAR HOTELS: USD 3,394 (Upfront Payment) + USD 700 (Local Payment) = USD 4,094/person. The Local Payment covers airfare during the trip (except for international flights for arrival and departure of this trip), the English-speaking guide fee, and some other local fees for a wholesome experience. You can pay Local Payment anytime till your arrival day by cash (new USD bills), OR credit card payment link (with transfer fee). To add 2 nights in Ho Chi Minh, the additional fee will be: * 3-STAR HOTELS: USD 296/person. * 4-STAR HOTELS: USD 378/person. * 5-STAR HOTELS: USD 585/person. This additional fee includes: - 2 hotel nights in Ho Chi Minh city - Private airport pick-up from airport to the hotel and reverse - Domestic flight from Da Nang - Ho Chi Minh

If we are sharing a room, do we have to pay this price exactly per person or is it reduced? Also in Phuket how easily will we be able to access the floating beach boat or the famous photoshoot?

    • Realistic AsiaOperatorWritten May 2026

All the price I gave you in previous message is per person for 2 people, sharing a room, then it won't be reduced. For Phuket, you can easy to find an island tour, even many hotels sell it on spot to visit some famous island. I also can give you some optional tours in Phuket as well and help you book it if you need.

I prefer doing this Vietnam and Thailand trip, but i'm not sure about the climate we will have. The other option is Indonesia and Malaysia. What do you think about?

    Tour Details
    • Realistic AsiaOperatorWritten May 2026

In August, it's rainy season almost areas like the North of Vietnam, Siem Reap and Phuket, but it's good weather for the Central region of Vietnam. However, weather is a factor we can't control, so we can't predict anything in advance about the weather. Although it's rainy season but maybe it can no rain or just short rain during your trip duration. I'm still having some clients making the trip in August. If it's just small rain, our tour still can runs as plan, just somethings like storms, it can affect to some activities and we will consider the situation at that time and do some alternative plan if possible. Otherwise you can consider to do the trip in from Nov to March, normally the weather in this time period will be more comfortable and dry & cooler, the best time for travelling! If you want to travel to Bali Indonesia instead, you can consider our Bali tours. If you want to cut off Cambodia part, do Vietnam and Thailand only, I can do it for you.

    • J

      Jay

      TravelerWritten May 2026

if we choose Vietnam and Thailand, would we still have suitable temperatures and conditions to enjoy beaches and outdoor activities? Are the rains usually short tropical showers, or could they seriously affect several days of the itinerary? Also, would you recommend avoiding some beach areas such as Phuket/Krabi in August and choosing better-weather areas like Central Vietnam or Koh Samui instead? Our other option is Indonesia and Malaysia. From what we have read, Bali and some parts of Malaysia may have better weather in August, especially for beaches. In your opinion, considering our dates and the fact that we want a mix of culture, activities and some beach time, would Indonesia/Malaysia be a safer choice weather-wise than Vietnam/Thailand?

    • Realistic AsiaOperatorWritten May 2026

About the weather, as I shared with you in my previous message. We can't predict it in advance. Although it's raining season, but it doesn't mean it rains all days or all months. It still has sunny in some days, normally it will has a short rains and some short rains per day. Sometimes it will rain all days or even it can last some days. If just a normal rain, our tours still run as plan, just some cases like storm, it can affect to some tours like Halong cruise trip, it can't run if any storm for the safety of travelers. Honestly if it rains, it will be definitely not comfortable for you to enjoy outdoor activities like no rain. For the beach, yes you can consider beach in Vietnam in central region. Normally the raining season in Central region will be from September to December, so it's still good to enjoy and relax in August, kindly consider it. About Bali (Indonesia)/Malaysia, yes it's safer option to travel in August as it's dry season, so normally it will be crowded and services cost there in this time period will be higher. But as I said, we can't give any exact prediction about the weather, it still can have rain in dry season, just lower rate of rain in this time

How are the flights covered and structured within this tour?

    Flights / Transfers
    • Realistic AsiaOperatorWritten May 2026

The flights during the trip are included in our package. But the international flights for arrival and departure of this tour are NOT included. You will book it yourself as it'll be more flexible to your availability. And this tour will start in Hanoi, Vietnam and end in Phuket, Thailand. Then you should book the international flights accordingly. The first day and the last day of this tour are your free days for arrival and departure, so you can book your inbound and outbound flights for this tour at anytime on these 2 days as long as they are convenient for you, and I will arrange airport pick-up/drop-off based on your international flights (Please note the check-in time and check-out time of hotels are normally at 14h and 12h pm, respectively)

All our tours use local guides and are based on English-speaking guides. If you want a guide who speaks both Spanish and English, the tour will be a private tour, not a group tour. Each destination will have a different guide because we don't have a guide accompanying you from start to finish. The cost of hiring a guide for the entire tour would be very high, as you would have to cover many other expenses such as accommodation, meals, airfare, etc for guide.

For the 5-Star package, you will have private tours in both 3 countries, NOT a group tour in Vietnam like 3-Star and 4-Star package. Except for the Halong Bay cruise trip, it'll be sharing transfer/cruise (private room) with 3-Star and 4-Star but will be private transfer, just sharing cruise (Private room) for 5-Star package.
