During this Best Of Vietnam In 14 Days tour, you will join the group tours in Vietnam (group size maybe 12-16 people). The group tour is NOT that you share with the same group from the beginning till the end. Most of our tour is a partial group tour in which you will have different groups for excursion at each place, but airport pick up/drop off and accommodation are private, just join a group on days you have a tour. The domestic flights during the trip are included in our package. But the international flights for arrival and departure of this tour are NOT included. You will book it yourself as it'll be more flexible to your availability. This tour will start in Hanoi, Vietnam and end in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The first day and the last day of this tour are your free days for arrival and departure, so you can book your inbound and outbound flights for this tour at anytime on these 2 days as long as they are convenient for you, and we will arrange airport pick-up/drop-off based on your international flights. The check-in time and check-out time of hotels are 14h and 12h pm, respectively. The pick-up time for airport transfer on Day 14 will be about 4 hours before your flight time.

Do you organize russian speaking group with Russian language guide? What is the minimum of persons should be in a group? How can you provide a russian speaking guide for this 14-days tour?

Russian-speaking guide in Vietnam is very rare and not popular. The group tours are only available with English-speaking guide. If you want to get a Russian-speaking guide, you have to make this trip as a completely private tour for 2 of you only. All will make the trip cost much higher.

Does your 14 Day Best of Vietnam tour include Da Nang? Under "Flights" it says "Hanoi to Da Nang" but that destination is not mentioned in the daily itinerary. Da Nang is a must for me.

This trip will start in Hanoi and end in Ho Chi Minh City. We will arrange the private airport transfer at any time based on your flight schedule. You will join small group tour in Vietnam (group size may be 12-16 people). The group tour is NOT that you share with the same group from the beginning to the end. It means it is possible to change your stay to Danang or extend in Danang if you want.

Can I stop at Hội An in day 10 and day 11 will flight to Phu Yen instead of Ho Chi Minh. From there I will be on my own. So the tour will be in 10 days only. Can you check for me.

Yes we can upgrade the seat class for domestic flights during the trip for you. But it's better if you can let us know that you want to upgrade at the soonest, then you won't need to pay the changing fee for seat class, just need to pay more for the difference between eco and higher class at that time. If we already booked the flight ticket with eco class (included in this package), and then you want to upgrade, you will have to pay changing seat fee + the difference between eco and higher class at that time.

The domestic flights during the trip are included in our package. But the international flights for arrival and departure of this tour are NOT included. You will book it yourself as it'll be more flexible to your availability. This tour will start in Hanoi, Vietnam and end in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The first day and the last day of this tour are your free days for arrival and departure, so you can book your inbound and outbound flights for this tour at anytime on these 2 days as long as they are convenient for you, and we will arrange airport pick-up/drop-off based on your international flights. The check-in time and check-out time of hotels are 14h and 12h pm, respectively. The pick-up time for airport transfer on Day 14 will be about 4 hours before your flight time.

Do you organize russian speaking group with Russian language guide? What is the minimum of persons should be in a group? How can you provide a russian speaking guide for this 14-days tour?

  Russian-speaking guide in Vietnam is very rare and not popular. The group tours are only available with English-speaking guide. If you want to get a Russian-speaking guide, you have to make this trip as a completely private tour for 2 of you only. All will make the trip cost much higher.

It can be different guide each part of the trip, I mean Guide A for the North of Vietnam, Guide B for the central region and Guide C for the South of Vietnam. For the present itinerary, you will have 2 free days in Hoi An to relax and explore Hoi An on your own, so it will be no guide because of no tour.

Does your 14 Day Best of Vietnam tour include Da Nang? Under "Flights" it says "Hanoi to Da Nang" but that destination is not mentioned in the daily itinerary. Da Nang is a must for me.

The hotel is located directly in the center of Hanoi's Old Town with many restaurants, cafes and other dining options in the immediate vicinity.

But it's better if you can let us know that you want to upgrade at the soonest, then you won't need to pay the changing fee for seat class, just need to pay more for the difference between eco and higher class at that time. If we already booked the flight ticket with eco class (included in this package), and then you want to upgrade, you will have to pay changing seat fee + the difference between eco and higher class at that time.
