We had an amazing experience with Jesse! He took us through the local market, showing us around and how to get fresh ingredients and sharing insights into Vietnamese food and culture along the way. Jesse is funny, patient, easy going and incredibly attentive to our progress and work. He is encouraging and explaining steps clearly to made sure we understand everything. This cooking class was a highlight of our trip! We learned how to make bun cha, spring rolls, and mango salad, and different type of coffees! Jesse guided us step by step with clear instructions and lots of encouragement. The environment was relaxed and welcoming, and we all had such a great time cooking and eating together.
