Arrival and departure transfers in Anchorage at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC) are chargeable at $121.00 per person.

Upon further checking, the earliest date for Majestic Alaska is on May 16, 2025.

I am a pescatarian (I eat fish but no mammal or fowl). Are there vegitarian/pescatarian options for the provided meals and for the restaurants we might visit? Also, I am flying from the east coast. Should I plan to arrive on the day the tour starts or beforehand and when do people leave on day 10. How do I transit to and fromthe airport in Anchorage?

You can request for the meal you prefer the date of your booking, perhaps we do not guarantee the availability. Second, it is up to you if you prefer to arrive prior trip date as the check-in to the hotel is at 03:00pm. The welcome reception with the travel director is approximately 06:00pm in the hotel. Third, Private Sedan Airport Transfers are available on the first and last day and in conjunction with pre/post booked through Trafalgar.

What is the travel group size?

The travel group can be as large as 48 people, and there will be only one guide.

Interested in Alaska 10 day tour sept 2025. Seeing the state and northern lights. We have one member of family that is not a US Citizen and does not have a US Passport. She has a green card only. Want to make sure it would be ok for her on this trip. SHE CANNOT ENTER OR BE ON ANY STOPS IN CANADA.

This tour does not stop in Canada, so your travel companion who is a green card holder can take this tour since domestic flights do not require a passport. Additionally, your travel companion can bring the current passport for validation along with the green card.

I cannot speak highly enough of this tour. Kris, our tour director, as well as our driver Rose and wellness director Tyler, were all friendly, knowledgeable, and excited to share Alaska with us. Kris is such a warm people-person and consistently went over and above to make this tour what it was, including staying up one night and waking those of us on his list who wanted to see the Northern Lights. The itinerary was no doubt well laid out, but Kris added so many special touches to support Alaskan businesses but also to provide us with extra opportunities to connect with local Alaskans and have the most comfortable and enjoyable experience possible. September was a perfect time to experience this tour. My travel friend and I would highly recommend this trip.Show more

In December 2019 I reserved an Alaska for 10 people in July 2020 with Trafalgar Tours. On May 27 2020 I received an email from Trafalgar which said:  ------ We are sorry to inform you that, due to current restrictions, all July and August departures have been suspended, which includes your Majestic Alaska trip.We want you to have peace of mind knowing that there is no urgency for you to make any future travel decisions right now. We have automatically issued you a Future Travel Credit, for the full value of the land portion of your trip, and it is attached to your original booking reference held with your Travel Agent. ------ I immediately requested a refund, since I did not want to leave my money (over $27,000!) with them and had no obligation to do so. My travel agent said that Trafalgar refused to refund any money, so in June I filed a dispute with the credit card company that I used to pay for the trip. In September the card company said that Trafalgar "fought them hard" in two attempts to secure a refund, and that the last resort was compulsory arbitration, which would take some time. Of course Trafalgar lost and was forced to pay up, but I did not actually get the refund until late October. I would not do business with this company, which refused to honor their clear legal obligations until forced to do so.Show more
