  Once I booked my sri lanka trip, I got no help from tourradar. Because I couldn't get answers from Lanka tours, I contacted many times tourradar, I only got the AI answers and never a human. After asking Lanka tours about hotel names and driver information many times. I only got it the night before. At the airport we had problems with the car. One of the backdoor didn't open from inside and the seatbelt was not working for my wife.we drove 5 hours to get to the first hotel that was in the middle of nowhere like all other hotels. Lanka tours told me they agree to cancel the trip less the 1st day, but I needed to contact tourradar because they follow their Cancellation Policy. That was incorrect because tourradar policy say they have to follow the provider Cancellation Policy. I called tourradar, but once again I was waiting with nobody to answer the call. Everytime I was calling Lanka tours to resolve an issue, it was a wall and I was told I am the problem.. we met a couple of people who were also with tourradar and Lanka tours and they were also very unhappy about the whole tour. Tourradar brochure says we can enjoy 1 day relaxing at the beach. We needed the driver because once again the hotel was in the middle of nowhere. Tourradar says that Colombo was a very nice city full of very good restaurants and hotels. Our hotel was 8 kms from city center. In conclusion tourradar is useless once you book your trip as well as Lanka tours.Show more

During peak season, we handle a high volume of inquiries, but we always aim to reply as quickly and clearly as possible. As per our standard procedure, final hotel and driver details are usually shared a few days before arrival, allowing flexibility for any last-minute changes requested by guests. Concerning the vehicle issue, once you informed us in Polonnaruwa about the door and seatbelt concern, we immediately offered to replace the vehicle for the remainder of your tour. At that time, you confirmed that the matter was resolved and that a change was not necessary. Guest safety is always our priority, and we act promptly whenever concerns are raised. Regarding travel time and hotel locations, the itinerary clearly stated that Day 1 includes a transfer from the airport to Polonnaruwa, which is approximately a 4–5 hour journey. Many of the selected hotels are located slightly outside busy city centers, as most travelers prefer peaceful surroundings rather than crowded urban areas. However, as your package included a private vehicle at your disposal, transportation was always available for visiting city centers, restaurants, or beaches at your convenience. In relation to cancellation, as your booking was made via TourRadar, any official cancellation request must be processed through their platform in accordance with both TourRadar’s and our cancellation policies. We did not receive a formal cancellation request through the required channel. We truly value all our guests and continuously work to improve our service. It was evident that he holds great pride in his role, his vehicle, and in ensuring top-notch customer service. Our Sri Lankan vacation was magical, both because of the nation's intrinsic beauty and owing to the exceptional service by Susil and the holiday tour team. The array of activities and sights is vast. The locals are incredibly welcoming and go out of their way to assist. The political situation has no bearing on the vacation experience or the tourism sector.   I booked a 12-day Sri Lanka trip through Holiday Lanka Tours. The tour was very well organized and my driver Kasun was very friendly and knowledgeable about the places we were visiting.
