Regarding the entrance fees, we would like to clarify were specified in the voucher sent to you prior to the tour that they are not included, where the included services and exclusions were detailed. As for the accommodations, the hotels booked were classified as 4-star properties. However, we are sorry to hear that they did not meet your expectations and that you were not satisfied with your stay.
