I am interested in joining this trip for the tour commecning on 19-July (and ending on 31-July). Could you please confirm availability for a single share and how may other travellers are currently booked for that date?

    • GrecaOperatorWritten June 2026

This is a fully independent, pre-arranged travel package. Greca handles 100% of the logistics, accommodation, and transportation, while giving you absolute freedom to explore each destination exactly as you please rather than a traditional, escorted group tour. You will not be traveling with a fixed group of people or following a rigid group timetable. You are completely in charge of your own time.

We are pleased to confirm that we have full availability for your single departure on Sunday, July 19, 2026.

Since this is an independent travel format rather than a shared group tour, there is no "single share" option with another traveler; instead, your quote includes the comfort and privacy of your own Single Room for the entire duration.

What is Fully Included & Arranged by Greca:

      • 13 Nights of Accommodation: 2 nights in Zagreb, 3 nights in Split, 2 nights in Dubrovnik, 2 nights in Athens, 2 nights in Mykonos, and 2 nights in Santorini (Single Room).

      • Inter-City & Inter-Island Travel: Train/bus tickets from Zagreb to Split, day transfer from Split to Trogir and back, ferry/bus tickets from Split to Dubrovnik, an air ticket from Dubrovnik to Athens, designated ferry seats from Piraeus to Mykonos and Mykonos to Santorini, and a return air ticket from Santorini to Athens.

      • Day Excursions & Guided Tours included: An Athens City Tour with an English-speaking escort, entrance tickets to the Acropolis, and an evening walking tour through Monastiraki, Plaka, and Anafiotika.

      • Premium Essentials: Daily breakfast, all scheduled arrival/departure transfers, a complimentary regional eSIM with 5 GB of data, Greca Advance Health & Cancellation Insurance, and a 24/7 emergency phone line.

Aside from the specific transfers and the guided tours highlighted above in Athens, the rest of your itinerary is entirely free time. In Zagreb, Split, Dubrovnik, Mykonos, and Santorini, your days are wide open. You can sleep in, discover hidden local tavernas, relax on the beaches, or wander through ancient old towns without a tour guide rushing you along. You will only interact with other international travelers during the specific day activities in Athens or during shared transfers.

    • GrecaOperatorWritten March 2026

We're excited to confirm that we can tailor this entire journey to a private experience just for your group. This includes private transfers for arrivals and departures, private car/van transfers for mainland segments, and private tours, upgrading your Athens experience to a Private City Tour and a Private Evening Walking Tour through the charming neighborhoods of Monastiraki and Plaka. Istanbul is indeed a magnificent addition. We can coordinate your international flight from Santorini back to Athens, then to Istanbul, along with arranging private guided tours of iconic sites like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar. To incorporate the magic of Istanbul within your desired 11-day timeframe, we recommend a streamlined route maintaining the highlights. Croatia: Zagreb (1 Night) & Dubrovnik (1 Night) - Greece: Athens (2 Nights), Mykonos (2 Nights), and Santorini (2 Nights) - Turkey: Istanbul (2 Nights): You'll fly from Santorini, via Athens, to reach Istanbul.

      TravelerWritten March 2026

Thank you e can skip Split? In Athens will we see the Parthenon? Also can you include Cappadocia in Turkey, and can we stay in the Cave hotel? What is a cave hotel? Is Cappadocia interesting - in understanding Turkey? Also can we start this private trip on July 19th instead? What time on the 19th do we have to be there?

    • GrecaOperatorWritten March 2026

Yes, absolutely! Your private city tour of Athens will include the Acropolis, where you will visit the Parthenon. We can certainly skip Split. This allows us to move more quickly from Zagreb to Dubrovnik (approx. 6 hours by private transfer) to make room for Turkey. Cappadocia is famous for its "fairy chimneys" and soft volcanic rock. For centuries, locals carved homes and churches into these formations. Today, many have been converted into boutique hotels. Staying in one offers a unique atmosphere with natural climate control (cool in summer, warm in winter) and stunning stone architecture, it is truly a "once-in-a-lifetime" experience. It is essential for understanding Turkey beyond the city life of Istanbul. It offers a glimpse of the most unique geology on Earth. It's also the premier spot for the iconic sunrise hot air balloon flights. Since this is a private trip, your start time is flexible. However, we recommend arriving in Zagreb by the afternoon on July 19th so you can rest before the tour begins the following morning. Your private driver will be waiting at the airport regardless of your flight arrival time.

What time do the tours start each morning? What is the travel time of each day of the tour? Do you also have a tour between Split and Athens? It is faster for me to fly from sfo to split than to Zagreb. We would like to minimize travel time during this trip.

    • GrecaOperatorWritten February 2026

I recommend a domestic flight from Split to Zagreb instead of the 6-hour train journey. This would significantly minimize your travel time. Your visit to Athens follows your stay in Dubrovnik. Therefore, we will be booking your flight to Greece directly from Dubrovnik, not Split. Could you please confirm your preferred hotel category? I have based the current plan on 3-star accommodations—does that align with your expectations?
