We are a family of 4 and at time of travel kids will be 15 and 12. We are fine with group or personal tour, depending on price difference. Also curious on hotels for family of 4 as this will be a once in a lifetime trip for us so hoping to make most of accommodations, especially in Maldives.

We can make this tour a private one only for you. We can offer you upgrading accommodation to 4 star hotels in Sri Lanka and if you wish we can add 2 or 3 nights in a water villa in Maldives for you? Hotel in Maldives which is included in the package is a 4 star property. The rooms are spacious and overlook the sea. There are also excursions included that are really exciting. You should be really happy with the accommodation ad adventures in Maafushi. However, if you would like to spend 2 or 3 nights in a luxury resort as well we can add this too. Please note that water villa stay will increase the price of the package since it is quite expensive.

Departure is guaranteed. The flight from Colombo to Male should be purchased on your own. It costs approx 250 USD.

I would like to know which hotels. I work in Hotel industry & I am a bit fussy with where I stay.

Hotel name will be visible after your final confirmation, however we usually provide a hotel in Maafushi like Kani or one of Triton group. Hotels are always by the beach, seaview and spacious. If you would like to stay in a beach resort or a water villa, we can upgrade the accommodation but it will cost much more.

What is the star rating on the accommodation? Are the trips customisable based on group of 8 adults? We want to stay on a resort in Maldives preferably on a overwater bungalow for around 3 days, not stay on a boat. Is this possible? There are a few things we want to do in Sri Lanka like take the train ride and visit Sigiriya.

We can customise the tour for you accordingly. Please let us know how many days to add in Sri Lanka? Sigiriya is already included, however we can add one day in Ella and a train ride. Would you like additional nights in Maldives in overwater villa? or just 3 nights in water villa?

Our time in both Sri Lanka and Maldives passed too quickly. We loved our driver and sightseeing of wonderful gems of Sri Lanka. Sigiriya was absolutely amazing and worth climbing up. We admired Sri Lankan nature during a safari in Yala and took fantastic pictures of the elephants. Maldives was very relaxing adn a bit active at the same time, the excursions gave us a chance to get closer to marine life and go snorkelling. The only disadvantage of this tour wast that the time passed too quickly....Nevertheless, we recommend both the tour and Paylesstoursindia as a tour operator. Best wished from Germany.Show more

Great hospitality and professionalism in both Sri Lanka and Maldives. Extending Sri Lanka by a few days was a good idea and we spent a really lovely time withy our driver Mr. Pradeep. SL impressed us with nature beauty, cultural diversity and historical heritage. In Maldives we went snorkeling to watch the turtles and fish beautiful , as well as the dolphins and the island for lunch and relax (such a beautiful variety ) and most importantly I want to praise our guides and the tour itself , everything is very organized, professional , clean , delicious and tucked in as it was written in the tour all saw and everyone watched . I really want to mention it is the guides who accompanied us (since we did not swim well) This guide and tour guide Mohamed-Rabit and Mark, professionals of their business, helped and taught us snorkeling , for which we are very grateful. It was a sheer pleasure to be on this tour and we will recommend this adventure to our friends.Show more

All the accommodation was according to the list and standard we received before the tour so there was no surprise. Our contact with the management was very smooth and quick. On Maafushi you can interact and see the everyday life of locals while surrounded by palm trees and turquoise waters, with sharks, turtles, and rays all to yourself.
