We are pleased to hear that your experience in Greece was overall positive and that transfers and services there met your expectations. At the same time, we fully understand how strongly the challenges in Rome affected your overall perception of the trip, and we would like to address those concerns transparently. 1. Airport transfers in Rome: Regarding the airport transfer in Rome, our records confirm that the driver was present at the airport at the agreed-upon time and location, in line with your scheduled flight arrival. The delay resulted from the unfortunate loss of luggage, which required you to remain inside the terminal to complete airline procedures. While we fully understand how stressful this situation can be after a long journey, airport transfer services operate under strictly regulated waiting times, which drivers are unfortunately unable to extend when passengers are delayed inside customs or baggage claim areas. In such situations, arranging a taxi is often the fastest and most practical solution, as organizing a second transfer would have required additional waiting time. We regret the inconvenience this caused, but we believe this was the most efficient way for you to reach your hotel and continue your journey. 2. Delayed luggage: We completely empathize with how disruptive delayed luggage can be, particularly at the start of a trip. While airlines are solely responsible for baggage handling and delivery, we regularly assist our travelers by following up with the airline once a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) has been issued. Had we received the luggage claim details, we would have been more than willing to follow up with the airline on your behalf and provide ongoing assistance during the process. 3. Local assistance in Rome: We regret any confusion regarding local support in Rome. For Italy, assistance is provided remotely through our emergency contact channels rather than through an in-person representative at the hotel. This support structure is outlined in the trip documentation; However, we understand that expectations may have differed and we are sorry this caused additional frustration during an already stressful situation. We take your feedback seriously and are reviewing the Rome arrangements internally to identify how to further improve communication and coordination, particularly in cases involving unexpected disruptions. This itinerary covers a wide range of destinations across Turkey including Istanbul, Ankara, Cappadocia, Pamukkale, Ephesus, Izmir, Pergamon, Troy, and Canakkale, allowing travelers to discover the country’s most iconic historical and natural sites. Due to the large distances between these regions, some long drives are indeed necessary, as is indicated in the tour description and reflected in the day-to-day itinerary. Unfortunately, inland flights are not practical as they mostly require returning to Istanbul, adding time and cost.Regarding the guides, the program includes official English-speaking local guides throughout the inland circuit. We are sorry if at any point communication was not as fluent as expected; your comments have been shared with our local partners to ensure continued quality improvement.We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving communication and service quality for future travelers. From the beginning of the booking process, we provided a detailed itinerary outlining which services—such as transfers and tours—were included, and which were not. For certain excursions, as per the package you selected, transfers to meeting points were not included and this was clearly indicated in the travel documentation. Regarding the ferry routes, the package included standard ferry service, not high-speed ferries for all legs of the journey. While we understand that travel times are important, upgrades to high-speed ferries are available upon request, and we would have been happy to arrange this for you had it been communicated in advance. As for the Acropolis and museum in Athens, these iconic sites are indeed part of our optional tour offerings, and not automatically included in all packages. We strive to offer customizable experiences so that travelers can design their trip based on personal preferences and budget. We also regret if your mid-trip message went unanswered. That is certainly not the level of responsiveness we aim to provide, and we are investigating this internally to ensure it is addressed properly. We value all feedback, both positive and critical, as it helps us improve. As these were not requested in your booking, they were not part of your travel package. Regarding your departure from Santorini, we would like to clarify that, as stated in your itinerary, the service provided includes only the transportation from your hotel to the airport. While we do not offer airport assistance at departure, we do provide all the necessary documentation in advance, including flight details and check-in information, so that you can proceed independently and smoothly. Certainly, the assistance on your transportation to the airport can be included, upon request. We truly value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.
