For your stay you can choose between 3*, 4* or 5* at the time of booking. As soon as you complete your reservation, our reservations team will book your hotel, which is always subject to availability. I suggest you book a triple room which consists of a double size bed and an extra bed, a sofa bed, or similar, depending on the accommodation property. The discount granted to the third occupant is distributed among all three travelers and so you will all benefit from the lower price.

In our package TITANIC GREECE, there is a daily breakfast buffet type in your hotel and the rest of the meals can be arranged from you. Cancellation policy is: 30-15 days before your arrival: 35% fee of the total price, 14-08 days before your arrival: 50% fee of the total price, 7-0 days before your arrival or in case of passenger's no-show: 100% fee of the total price.

Be very careful when purchasing a package with Greca: they do not deliver what they promise. In my case, they said all transfers were included, but they were not… Additionally, when I purchased the package, I specifically asked for all ferry routes to be on the high-speed ferry, but that’s not what happened. Even though I paid for it, they put me on a slow ferry from Mykonos to Athens, and I spent six and a half hours getting to Athens. I lost an entire day. The most ironic part is that midway through the trip they sent an email asking how everything was going. I reported the problems, and they acted as if they never received it. I didn’t get ANY response. I requested a refund for the lost day, but all I got was silence. On top of that, in Athens, the tours do not include a visit to the Acropolis or the museum. We paid a fortune and yet the package simply does not include visits to the two main points of interest. I wrote a review on Greca’s website, but obviously, they didn’t publish it. In short: avoid them—never travel with Greca.Show more

From the beginning of the booking process, we provided a detailed itinerary outlining which services—such as transfers and tours—were included, and which were not. For certain excursions, as per the package you selected, transfers to meeting points were not included and this was clearly indicated in the travel documentation. Regarding the ferry routes, the package included standard ferry service, not high-speed ferries for all legs of the journey. While we understand that travel times are important, upgrades to high-speed ferries are available upon request, and we would have been happy to arrange this for you had it been communicated in advance. As for the Acropolis and museum in Athens, these iconic sites are indeed part of our optional tour offerings, and not automatically included in all packages. We strive to offer customizable experiences so that travelers can design their trip based on personal preferences and budget. We also regret if your mid-trip message went unanswered. That is certainly not the level of responsiveness we aim to provide, and we are investigating this internally to ensure it is addressed properly. We value all feedback, both positive and critical, as it helps us improve.
