  Could you please advise if we can fly to Rio on Sun, Apr 19 6:00 a.m and depart home from Rio on Sun, Apr 26 9:10 a.m. Would that work for this trip and if you will provide transportation from and to airport for these times for this trip?

    Could you please confirm that departure time from Rio is okay? The last day of the tour says that it will be transporting from Ilha Grande to Rio and we will need to be at the airport pretty early.

    Regarding your flight schedule, I have consulted with our local partner in Brazil and I must advise you that the return flight on Sunday, April 26th at 9:10 a.m. is not feasible with the current itinerary. Given the logistics from Ilha Grande, you wouldn't arrive at the airport in time for that departure. If you have already booked them: We would need to adjust the last day of the itinerary so you can return from Ilha Grande on April 25th (after the Blue Lagoon tour) and spend that final night in Rio. This is the only way to ensure you are at the airport for your 9:10 a.m. flight. If you haven't booked yet: I highly recommend reversing the itinerary. We could start the tour in Ilha Grande and finish in Rio de Janeiro. This would make the logistics much smoother for your departure. In either case, we will provide the private transfer to the airport according to your flight time.

    We haven't booked our flight yet. But most return flights departing from Rio at the afternoon adding significant travel cost and travel time for us. We need to be back to Toronto on Sunday night. If you could reverse trip itinerary for us, that would make it easier for us to make travel arrangements to and from Rio. Please advise if this is a viable option and if it is going to change tour cost for us?

    If you arrive in Rio on April 19th at 6:00 a.m., we can provide a private transfer directly from the airport to Ilha Grande to start the tour there. The itinerary would flow as follows: 1. April 19th: Arrival in Rio - Private Transfer to Ilha Grande. 2. Middle of the trip: Visit Paraty. 3. End of the trip: Finish in Rio de Janeiro. By finishing the tour in Rio, you will already be in the city on April 26th. This allows us to pick you up at your hotel at 6:10 a.m and ensure you arrive at the airport in plenty of time for your 9:10 a.m. flight. This way, you don't have to worry about the long connection from the islands on your last day. The cost would be the same!

    If there still some flexibility for this reversed itinerary, i.e. to start on April 18 or 19? I'm still checking for which dates I could get a cheaper flights to Rio. If so, I can just book the flight, and book the tour and notify you with the confirmation code, so you could make necessary arrangements for us to reverse things?
