    I am interested in booking 4 adults on the "Trekking the Inca Trail: 4D/3N" tour. Please advise is this the same as the "Classic Inca Trail" trek - and please advise what circuits are included in this trek when we arrive to Machu Picchu?

      We are not sure if this is the same as the Classic Inca trail Trek as this tour is with another operator. However, usually the Inca trail trek is just one path, so it is most likely the same or very similar! Travellers completing the 4 day, 3 night Inca Trail will be on Circuit 5 upon reaching the site of Machu Picchu.

    Do we have to book the permits for the Inca Trail separately, or is this included when booking the tour? I am looking at the departure date of 4 Aug 2025.

      We book the Inca Permit for you, included in the cost and currently for the 4th August date, these are On Request. This means that out of the 500 Permits which are issued each day, they are getting low on availability, so we can take payment and then check with Peru if they definitely have enough for your party.

      If we are not able to book the Inca trail permits then a full refund will be issued. You also have the option to look at different dates or switch to the Lares Trek (does require permit) or Cusco Stay itineraries if you like.

For tours departing after September 23rd, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
