  I experienced other tours multiple times and what I have experienced here is that it was disorganized. The accommodations and food was very good. But, it is still as chaotic as it has started. However, there's always a room for improvements. Especially for the first timers in the country they are visiting, they can do a better job for that experience to be excellent and unforgettable. But, I still had a good experience overall. Thank you Europamundo for the best effort.Show more

  I was scheduled for the May 27-June 1,2024 Korea Express trip. However, I wound up getting stranded at the airport in Atlanta even though I was booked on 2 flights both were oversold. So I called to let tour company know about the situation and I even spoke with the tour guide on Korea. This happened on Sunday-Monday(which was Monday-Tuesday in Korea). I inquired about a partial refund but kept getting told to call back(kept calling Spain) and speak with a higher agent. So during the course of a week I was informed that since I waited too late that I had lost 100% of the money I had paid. I was told that I waited too late and that the tour guide in Korea didn’t find out I wasn’t coming until the trip was over. Although, I called one day into the trip, nothing was done on my behalf. I even asked if they could issue a credit I could use towards a future trip with them but to no avail. I’m still going to book my Dream Trip but with another tour company. I guess I’ll take the loss of $1,700+ as an expensive lesson learned.Show more

  The trip was very nice. Helena our local guide was very patient with the group and explained a lot. She and the bus driver were a well-rehearsed team. The included restaurants were also varied. The hotels were twice with carpeting, which I personally would not choose. Otherwise, the standard is a bit more than is usual in European hotels. The tour is bilingual, you should be aware of, but for everyone who doesn't mind Spanish and wants to know more than one culture, the tour is great. After the tour it is not necessary to stop and a longer stay in Busan and Soeul is highly recommended.Show more

This entails service delivery in bilingual formats (typically English and Spanish), facilitated either by two tour leaders, each proficient in a respective language, or by a single leader adept in both languages. Rest assured, our guides possess a minimum B2 English certification (Upper intermediate) to ensure effective communication and engagement with passengers.
