We have traveled all over the world, for some places we even visited for 2 to 3 times. This South Korean Heritage 11 days 10 nights tour was the most chaotic tour we ever had! Information regarding the tours and itineraries were sent to us only at our request and they came in bits and pieces. the complete itineraries came only few days before we departed for the tour. My husband and I were picked up by the driver and he dropped us off at the hotel. At the hotel there was no travel agent insight or a bulletin posted regarding the tour for the next day! Day 1 we went down to the hotel lobby expecting to see a travel agent. The tour was supposed to start at 9:00am At 9:45am i started to get panic and called Justin Choi who was supposed to be our tour guide. We got no response, even the hotel front desk was calling for us. I finally decided to call Simon Kim who was suppose to be the guide for Day 2. Simon answered as he was walking into the hotel! As it turned out, Simon sent a message to the third traveler mistaken she was us! So we had no information for Day 1 at all. Day 2 the 3 of us were picked up by the driver to the airport heading to Jeju. Then we realized all 3 of us did not have flight tickets we didn't even know what airline we were suppose to take. We thought the driver would give us the tickets. the driver said he knew nothing about that. I called Simon and he emailed us the etickets. At the gate they found my name was misspelled it did not match my passport. We had to pay 5000$w for the correction! I did not have time to check the name on the tickets because we only get the etickets few minutes earlier. On our way to Busan the tickets were all in Korean and at the gate they found both our tickets did not match the passport! Bamba had omitted our middle names We had to rush to the administration office and had the tickets corrected. At Jeju there were 5 more travelers joining the group as well as another group with 4 Spanish speaking travelers and guide. Even though this did not impact our tour but it would be nice to know what was to be expected.Show more
