One Life Adventures commented on this reviewThank you so much for your review! We're really glad to hear you enjoyed the pacing and mix of activities on your South Korea tour. CheongAn and Eun Hye will be so happy to know they helped make the experience engaging, fun, and memorable for you.... Show moreTrip date: December 2025- LLauraMcKenna· November 23rd, 2025I joined the 13 day South Korea tour and honestly had the best time ever! Half the magic of travel comes from the people you meet and the memories you make together, and this group absolutely delivered! Overall this tour had such a fun, wholesome vibe and I loved it! Our guide, Cheong An, was a huge part of why this trip was such a standout for me. I’ve done several tours with One Life and other companies before, and his enthusiasm, passion, and genuine care for everyone really took this one to the next level. He was always making sure we were comfortable, included, and enjoying ourselves. His organisation and communication were amazing, and I especially loved all his food and activity recommendations during our free time. The itinerary itself was great, with a really good range of activities, culture, food, and exploring, as well as plenty of free time. Overall, such an incredible trip! Would 100% recommend! ✨☺️Show more
One Life Adventures commented on this reviewThank you so much for the five stars, Laura! It was a pleasure having you on the tour and we’re really glad you enjoyed your time with us. Hope to welcome you back soon ????Trip date: October 2025 - RHRuben van den· November 11th, 2025I travelled with one life before to japan. There I experienced that the country really sells itself. The guide sure did help to enhance it. But in this south Korea trip I truly experience that our guide CheongAn made the trip. Not necessarily the country itself directly. His knowledge of the ins and outs of the country truly made me experience what the Korean experience is. It also helped that he was always ready to party. Shortly I wouldn't think the trip would be the same with an other guide. Korea is great and beautiful and I would recommend it to all to take this tour. But if your lucky to get CheongAn as a tour guide then your in for an amazing ride. One you truly remember for a lifetimeShow more

Jessica· November 10th, 2025Really good tour to do if you’ve never been to Korea before and have no idea where to start. Gives you an insight into the culture, food and history, and loved meeting the rest of the group!Show more

Saugaat· November 10th, 2025Two stars because our guide, Cheong-an, was absolutely outstanding - knowledgeable, funny, organized, and full of positive energy. He brought Korean history and culture to life and made every day feel effortless, even when plans changed. Without him, this trip would have been a very different experience. However, the organization behind the tour company was very poor. Simple questions often went unanswered - for example, we asked several times whether luggage storage was available in the hotels, and the company couldn't give us a clear answer. Some travelers never received the full itinerary. One participant had even booked an early flight home on the advice of the operator, only to find out later that leaving from the temple stay that early was practically impossible. The accommodation quality was another major issue. The first hostel in Seoul was cramped, dirty, and we had to clean the room ourselves before settling in. The Hanok stay was cute but uncomfortable, and the other hotels were mostly basic and disappointing. Only the temple stay met expectations. Breakfasts were poor across the board - low-quality, and barely edible. I loved the country, the itinerary, and above all, our incredible guide but I would not book with this company again due to the mentioned issues.Show more

Rajkamal· November 9th, 2025Had a wonderful time in South Korea travelling with an amazing group of people. The tour itinerary was well balanced with tourist attractions and free time for activities of individual interest. Special thanks to our tour guide Cheong An for being with us all the time, organizing our travel, and also providing excellent food/restaurant/free-time activity suggestions. His choice of local restaurants for group dinners were hidden gems. It was fun to travel with him. South Korea has a lot to offer, and I highly recommend the tour for anyone looking for an amazing experience!Show more

Adam· November 8th, 2025I was not built for South Korea, physically and health wise, and even injured myself while on the tour, but....This tour made the difference. The itinerary had covered everything culture wise of South Korea: the food, the everyday life, and everything else in between. The local tour guide, CheongAn, was the biggest factor of the trip: translator, foodie, and friend. It was because of these reasons that I was able to carry on forward, and enjoy this trip. Taking this tour means, you are in good hands.Show more

Asked on October 29th, 2025Could this trip work for me or a group of friends?
One Life AdventuresOperator•Written October 2025As much as we would love to have you on board this tour, we have to follow our guidelines as per our tour requirements, meaning we are unable to accommodate guests who are over the age of 59. We could look at doing a private tour for you and your friends. How big is the group of friends that could potentially go to South Korea?
