Can you help me connect this trip with the Japan panoramic trip starting March 21st?

I checked the tour you shared with me and found that it is operated by a different company. Since we are not the same operator, I'm afraid we are unable to directly combine these two tours into one continuous booking. You may consider booking our tour and the other tour separately. If you need any assistance with accommodation or transfers in between to make the connection smoother, I would be more than happy to help arrange and provide a quotation. Regarding our 15 Days China Small Group Tour, you could choose the departure on March 5th, which finishes in Shanghai on March 19th. After that, you would just need to book a separate flight from Shanghai to Tokyo on March 19th. I would suggest staying in Tokyo for two additional nights (March 19th and 20th), and then you can join the Japan tour starting on March 21st. If you would like us to arrange the hotel for March 19th–20th, we can certainly do so. However, I would recommend checking with the Japan operator first to confirm which hotel they use in Tokyo. That way, you may be able to book the same hotel directly with them and avoid changing accommodation before the tour begins.

What's your cancelation policy. I'm trying to get my China visa now but not sure if it'll arrive in time

Our cancellation policy is very flexible: you can cancel free of charge up to 45 days before departure. The deposit is only USD 75 per person, so you can secure the booking first while applying for the China visa. In most cases, the visa is processed within about 7 working days, so there's usually sufficient time.

This tour was amazing. Other than a couple delays in train and flight, the itinerary, accommodation, and tours were lovely. The places we visited in southern China were absolutely gorgeous. Our tour guide and driver in Guilin were very kind and knowledgeable, while our young tour guide “Lucas” in Zhangjaijei was exceptional. His energy, kindness, generosity and attentiveness were remarkable. I sincerely recommend this tour, specially if Lucas is your tour guide in Zhangjaijei.Show more

  Our 14-day Japan tour you are interested in is a private tour, which price is relatively high. The cost for this itinerary alone is already over USD 8,000 per person. If your budget is around USD 6,000–7,000 per person, I would honestly recommend booking the tours separately — joining our China small group tour, together with the Japan small group tour you previously viewed with other operator. Each group tour is approximately USD 3,000 per person, so combined, the total would better fit within your overall budget.

- For any tour departing before June 20th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 20th, 2026, a minimum payment of $75 is required to confirm your booking with UME Travel Co. Ltd. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and UME Travel Co. Ltd will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
