There are no mandatory optional activities in our itinerary. Everything listed is included. The only extra expenses you may need to budget for are some lunches and dinners that are not included, so you can choose freely based on your preferences. Yes, that's correct. Your guide will accompany you throughout the trip and will be there to assist and guide you during all sightseeing activities. Tipping is not mandatory. However, if you are satisfied with the service, we recommend tipping around USD 5–10 per day per person for both the guide and the driver.

Can you help me connect this trip with the Japan panoramic trip starting March 21st?

I checked the tour you shared with me and found that it is operated by a different company. Since we are not the same operator, I'm afraid we are unable to directly combine these two tours into one continuous booking. You may consider booking our tour and the other tour separately. If you need any assistance with accommodation or transfers in between to make the connection smoother, I would be more than happy to help arrange and provide a quotation. Regarding our 15 Days China Small Group Tour, you could choose the departure on March 5th, which finishes in Shanghai on March 19th. After that, you would just need to book a separate flight from Shanghai to Tokyo on March 19th. I would suggest staying in Tokyo for two additional nights (March 19th and 20th), and then you can join the Japan tour starting on March 21st. If you would like us to arrange the hotel for March 19th–20th, we can certainly do so. However, I would recommend checking with the Japan operator first to confirm which hotel they use in Tokyo. That way, you may be able to book the same hotel directly with them and avoid changing accommodation before the tour begins.

What's your cancelation policy. I'm trying to get my China visa now but not sure if it'll arrive in time

Our cancellation policy is very flexible: you can cancel free of charge up to 45 days before departure. The deposit is only USD 75 per person, so you can secure the booking first while applying for the China visa. In most cases, the visa is processed within about 7 working days, so there's usually sufficient time.

Having enough time to visit multiple destinations means travelers can experience historic landmarks, local culture, beautiful scenery, and everyday life rather than rushing through a few attractions. A knowledgeable guide could also add considerable value to the journey. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
