    All cabins provide outside-facing ocean views. The only 'suite' we have is the Owners Suite Double which you would have to pay the private cabin upgrade. All other cabin categories you can be paired up with same gendered solo travellers. The rates listed online are for a twin share rate.

  What are the airports to arrive and depart? I am OVO-Lacto-Vegeterian. Would I have adequate food variety over 11 days to eat? How much exact time on the ship and how much on the land/off ship to explore? What are day high and night low temps? I prefer private room. What is the cost? If not possible, how big is the room/bed? Any bag size/weight restrictions?

    You would need to arrive into Troms\u00f8 Airport (TOS) in Norway and depart from Longyearbyen Airport (LYR) in Svalbard. Transfers are included if you arrive on Day 1 and depart on the final day of the tour. We can cater for vegetarian options - we would just need to note it on your booking for our local team to be aware. You will spend most of the 10 nights onboard the ship. The experience includes regular Zodiac excursions and landings, giving you opportunities to explore off the vessel and experience the landscapes and wildlife up close, weather permitting. For June departures, you can expect daytime temperatures generally between 0°C and 7°C, with colder temperatures at night. Cabins are typically twin/triple share with en-suite bathrooms. A private cabin may be possible with a single supplement, depending on availability at the time of booking (pricing of a single cabin you would essentially pay just under double as you will pay for someone not there). Cabins are compact, as is standard for expedition vessels, but comfortable. There are no strict baggage weight limits, but due to limited cabin space, we recommend travelling with one main soft-sided bag and a daypack.

    Arctic cruises carry just 128 passengers and offer a 10:1 guest-to-expert ratio. The ship is owned by G Adventures, the tour operator. It's a small ship in comparison to cruise ships, but is extremely well suited for the Arctic, and has amazing amenities. We provide parkas and boots.

    All our departures are guaranteed departures, a minimum number of travellers are not required in order for the trip to go ahead. Accommodation for the evening of 9 June is included, however if you arrive on 8 June you can book pre-tour accommodation through us at our start hotel at an additional cost.
