For example, I've heard that sometimes guides may use translation devices or mobile apps to assist in communication when a dedicated Spanish-speaking guide is not available.

In most cases, our clients eventually choose to go with an English-speaking guide, as the additional cost for a full-time Spanish guide can be quite high. Another common solution is to upgrade only the guided sightseeing days to a Spanish-speaking guide, while keeping airport/train transfers with an English-speaking guide or driver, which helps reduce the overall cost while still ensuring comfort during the key parts of the tour. As for using translation devices or mobile apps, we generally don't recommend relying on them for full guided explanations.

I understand that the trains do not have storage for rolling suitcases. Do you move the bags for us? Or do you use the parcel service where the bag doesn't show up for 2 days so you have to have a backpack filled for 2 days?

For most of our family tours in Japan, we usually recommend bringing your luggage with you on the Shinkansen, as this is the most convenient option. We can also help upgrade your seats to the 'large luggage area' seats if they are available. While we can't guarantee these seats 100%, we will always try our best to secure them for you. Our driver will take you directly to your train cabin, so all you need to do is roll your suitcases onto the train and place them in the designated luggage space. When you arrive at the next station, another driver will be waiting right at the door of your train cabin, ready to assist you and help push your luggage. Of course, if you prefer to use the luggage delivery service (Takkyubin), our guide can help you arrange it at the hotel front desk. Please note that the delivery usually takes 1–2 days to reach the next city, so Yes, you would need to carry a small backpack with your essentials for the first night.

We can arrange one triple room for 1 adults and 2 children. The hotels included are the 4-star properties. In Japan, both 12 and 16-year-old travelers are considered adults in terms of pricing. Regarding the samurai dress-up experience, yes! It can be arranged during your visit on day 5 at West Lake Village at your own expense on the spot.

For Disney and Universal it says 'only ticket', which is the entrance to the parks and attractions. We will include the entrance tickets and they can take a taxi to the park and then taxi back. It will be more flexible for them whenever they want to go back.

In Japan, a double room is normally very small at around 16-19 m² which is not able to add 1 more extra bed, but the twin bed is usually bigger than double bed which is about 20-25 m². For your family, do you think we can arrange either a twin bed + 1 extra bed or a triple room with 3 singe beds for you?

Regarding your question about the transfer between cities:
1. On day 5 you will take a private Alfa car from Tokyo to Fuji Mountain and stay overnight,
2. On day 6 you will take a private transfer from Fuji Mountain to the Odawara train station and experience the Shinkansen/Bulklet train from Odawara to Osaka. overnight in Osaka.
3. On day 7, you will do a full-day tour from Osaka to Kyoto and Nara, overnight in Osaka.
