We had a few issues with the this tour however I did appreciate the effort by the Tour operators to remediate some of these issues. 1) Upon arrival we had to pay the driver who was very rude at beginning ( he apologized later) to take us to hotel because Passport Control took over an hour to get through. 2) the Hotel Prins Hendrik charged us 50 Euros extra from stated amount in City Tax 3) We were very disappointed that Madurodam and the Rotterdam Harbour trip was missed completely on Day 2 4) On day 5 the Marken trip was missed. With the very large groups on the tours it was often hard to hear what the guide was talking about. Other than that the tour was okay but perhaps a bit overpriced.Show more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
