Could you give us a quote for a pick-up from the airport 2 days before Day 1? As we will be traveling over 24 hours to land, we would like to be picked up from the airport but have a "nothing day" in between pickup and the start of the tour. For example, we will most likely be flying into Delhi on June 14. We would like the official pickup at the airport on that day, but the tour Day 1 would start on June 16 instead.

I do understand that the level of stars might be different for accommodations in different countries so I just want to make sure that each hotel we are paying for has these amenities at it: Handicap accessible (if hotel has multiple floors, there is an elevator so we are not carrying heavy luggage up staircases), High Speed Wi-fi, Air Conditioning that can be set to 20C, Hot shower that is 38C, A hotel that has walkability to a night market/nightlife/restaurant. Although not specifically your tour as it looks like these hotel accommodations are a part of your packaging and will be great, the aggregate of many combined tours/reviews stated most of the problems on the tour came from the hotel being in the middle of nowhere so during off time you were trapped with nothing to do/too far from town, and they said "air conditioned" but the understanding of "AC" means taking a scalding hot 38 and getting it down to 26 at night--no. Sometimes showers listed as hot were lukewarm/tepid at 34 degrees. In the US, a hotel will be handicap accessible, have AC set to 20 & showers at least 38. Is this what we can anticipate from your tour?

Could you let me know the standards of hotels available, and examples of hotel please. Do you also arrange private tours?

These are our hotel names: Debenture Sarovar Portico Kapashera in New Delhi, Hotel Clarks Shiraz in Agra, Radisson Hotel Jaipur City Center, Gulab kothi in Varanasi. We are providing private tour.

Is during the travel always a tour guide or a group involved? (I would really have mega respect as a woman alone in India).

In our same itinerary, there will be a tour guide in every city because women are respected a lot here and inside Varanasi you will also be able to board right or there is a group tour but if even a single person books the tour then we operate the on date Tour.

We would prefer not to spend many hours on the road in a single day. Our preference is to visit the sites mentioned above, but we would like to know if our proposals are suitable and if you have any suggestions to enhance our plan. We are inquiring whether it's possible to include pre-purchased tickets for the paid attractions to avoid long queues. Regarding hotels and meals, one of us is an ovo-lacto vegetarian. Therefore, we require hotels that offer continental breakfasts. We do have to make stops to have lunch every day. Finally, we would also like to know if is possible to assure we will have bottled mineral water available during all your itinerary.

We can include all things like entrance ticket, breakfast in hotel, water bottle also. My suggestion is go to Ranthambore not Alwar to see tigers. Ranthambore is more big and has a lot of tigers, while Alwar has not lot of tigers.

Could you give us a quote for a pick-up from the airport 2 days before Day 1? As we will be traveling over 24 hours to land, we would like to be picked up from the airport but have a "nothing day" in between pickup and the start of the tour. For example, we will most likely be flying into Delhi on June 14. We would like the official pickup at the airport on that day, but the tour Day 1 would start on June 16 instead.

  I do understand that the level of stars might be different for accommodations in different countries so I just want to make sure that each hotel we are paying for has these amenities at it: Handicap accessible (if hotel has multiple floors, there is an elevator so we are not carrying heavy luggage up staircases), High Speed Wi-fi, Air Conditioning that can be set to 20C, Hot shower that is 38C, A hotel that has walkability to a night market/nightlife/restaurant. Although not specifically your tour as it looks like these hotel accommodations are a part of your packaging and will be great, the aggregate of many combined tours/reviews stated most of the problems on the tour came from the hotel being in the middle of nowhere so during off time you were trapped with nothing to do/too far from town, and they said "air conditioned" but the understanding of "AC" means taking a scalding hot 38 and getting it down to 26 at night--no. Sometimes showers listed as hot were lukewarm/tepid at 34 degrees. In the US, a hotel will be handicap accessible, have AC set to 20 & showers at least 38. Is this what we can anticipate from your tour?

  We are enchanted by the tours that run the sunset & sunrise of the Taj Mahal. It is, very deservedly, such a crown jewel of your country and we really want to make sure that we experience it twice when the light is best. How can we ensure that we get there before lightbreak to experience a true sunrise with the fewest amount of people? I have been on many sunrise tours and it's about a 50/50 chance that "sunrise" is when you enter during pitch black night and physically see the sun rising pre-dawn vs a claim at sunrise and you get picked up near the time the sun rises, but the sky already has light. I am flying across the world for this specific monument and I absolutely need to be there when it's dark, pre-dawn, so that I can catch the hour before sunrise and physically see it. Is that what you can offer on your tour?

  My uncle is a chef and we are very, very interested in learning all about the spices, vegetables, and local dishes you have. Would you be able to help me find an English-speaking chef to walk us around the local market and talk to us about the culinary herbs and how to select the best ingredients for local dishes? I do see that many cooking classes are offered and that's very sweet for people that want to learn how to make curry for the first time, but we are not looking for a "class" where you make the dish and put the ingredients together--we would really like to find the chef that leads the class to instead walk us around a local farm or market and just give advice on what's best and what they use in daily life. Could you give us a quote for an experience like this?

  There is a small possibility that we might have a 4th person coming on the trip, and that the room pricing is based on double occupancy, so we see the base price with the 2 people in a room. Does that mean that with 3 people it can help offset the cost a little bit? 3 of us are definitely going.

  I am looking at the quote and then trying to understand the math for this. Are you saying that if we booked a triple room, the price quote is $1,700 (based on double occupancy) but a third person would add an additional $1,100 to the total, making the grand total of the trip $4500 for 3 people? We are trying to look at the cost of the trip on a per person basis so that would make it $1,500 per person based on triple occupancy, correct?

  Also, I see that there is an overnight train as a part of the tour. Does this train have the 3 of us in a private car where we can lock our luggage (and ourselves) in fully reclined beds with a locked door? What is the overnight train situation for this trip?

We would prefer not to spend many hours on the road in a single day. Our preference is to visit the sites mentioned above, but we would like to know if our proposals are suitable and if you have any suggestions to enhance our plan. We are inquiring whether it's possible to include pre-purchased tickets for the paid attractions to avoid long queues. Regarding hotels and meals, one of us is an ovo-lacto vegetarian. Therefore, we require hotels that offer continental breakfasts. We do have to make stops to have lunch every day. Finally, we would also like to know if is possible to assure we will have bottled mineral water available during all your itinerary.
