However, we completely understand that star ratings do not always reflect personal experience, and the issues you described — particularly the noise, breakfast setting, and overall atmosphere — are certainly not the standard we aim to provide. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort this caused you. Concerning the desert safari, we are especially sorry to hear about the buffet situation and the organization of the experience. Missing part of the show while queuing for food, and then finding that items were not replenished, is absolutely frustrating. This is not the experience we intend for our travelers. We are already escalating this matter with our local partner to investigate the buffet management, food replenishment, and the upgrade system you mentioned. Your feedback is extremely important and will help us prevent similar situations for future guests. We also want to mention that we created the WhatsApp group specifically to assist you in real time during your stay. Had we been informed during the trip, we would have immediately intervened to offer alternatives, whether for the hotel or the safari experience. That said, we understand that when you are on holiday, you simply expect things to run smoothly without needing to raise concerns — and for that, we sincerely apologize.
