  STM Tours LLC did not deliver the contracted Giethoorn, Afsluitdijk & Zaanse Schans Day Trip that was included in the 5‑day Brussels and Amsterdam tour (TourRadar 1315767‑0GMY). The tour was changed at the last minute without explanation, and we were reassigned to a different tour that was shorter, more crowded, and of significantly lower value.Show more

  I cannot recommend this travel agency highly enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely outstanding. The customer service was first-class at all times—fast, responsive, and professionell. Not only was the main itinerary perfectly organized, but all of my additional wishes and priorities were carefully considered, and thoughtful extras were arranged seamlessly. The entire team is truly dedicated to making sure you can fully enjoy your trip, and a very special thank you goes to Mina, my travel planner. He was incredibly attentive, always quick to respond (also late in the night), and genuinely cared about my experience. I never had to worry about a single detail—everything was flawlessly organized from the arrival to the departure, including shuttles and all arrangements in between. I constantly received updated information, directions, and helpful links, which made everything so easy. All I had to do was relax and enjoy! This was my first time traveling alone, and at the beginning I felt a bit nervous since I had never traveled solo before. But not for a single moment did I feel alone or lost in a new place—quite the opposite. I felt supported and guided the entire time. It turned out to be the best trip of my life so far, and I enjoyed it more than I can put into words! This was my first trip with STM Tours LLC, but it will definitely not be my last—that’s for sure! I still can’t believe how incredibly amazing the whole journey was, including all the logistics and special touches behind the scenes, thanks to this wonderful team. My sincerest thanks to everyone involved in making these 7 days in Brussels and Amsterdam so unforgettable for me. Absolutely fantastic, superb, top-notch—truly unbeatable.
