What people love about Nairobi to Cape Town Tours
- The Absolute Safari
There are not enough words to describe how amazing our 73 day overland trip was in Africa. I was blown away everyday by the things we saw and did on our trip. Whilst camping may not be for everyone (I had never camped before) I would highly recommend Absolute for those on a budget. I met some amazing people on our trip. We shared much laughter and tears when it came time to say goodbye. Our guide and truck driver were fantastic. I would do it again in a heart beat.
- Nairobi To Cape Town (76 Days) Grand Adventurer
Couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. Our crew were fantastic and really helped us to see Africa in a way that would have been difficult on our own. Travelling on the truck meant we had access to places that aren't on the map and got to stop in the beautiful middle-of-nowhere spots. Loved the meals round the campfire (not so great when you're on cook group but hey, it has to be done!). The majority of campsites were great and we really got to experience a lot thanks to all the optional activities on offer. Overall I absolutely loved my time with Oasis and I will be coming back for more! :)
- Nairobi To Cape Town (56 Days) Coast To Coast
I did the Coast to Coast from Nairobi to Cape Town, finishing during the Worldcup and I don't regret one single moment of it! The trip is good value for the money, there are plenty of optional excursions so you can pick whatever you want. It's a good combination of nature, culture and party. All countries are different but they all offer some really special things to see and do. I especially loved the fact that Oasis brought back Zimbabwe into their trips, it's by far the most beautiful African country! We saw plenty of trucks (busses) from other overland companies and every time I was happy I picked Oasis! Driver Steve and tourleader Iain were amazing, in all possible ways! It's true that they loved to party with us, but they were also responsible and extremely helpful too. Without them the trip wouldn't have been so good! Also the contact with the Oasis people in the office was great, they helped out with preparing for the trip wherever they could! I highly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to meet Africa and it's people in a laid back vibe with great people. I can't wait to travel with OAsis again!
