Is it possible for one person to book the tour when traveling alone?

It is indeed possible for a single traveller to book the tour. We do however need a minimum amount of passengers to run the trip.

Could you please confirm if this tour will take place in Oct 2023 or not?

The trip for 21 October 2023 will unfortunately not be running as we do not have enough interest in that date.

I have an Iranian nationality and an Austrian working permit. I require visa for countries and need an invitation letter from the tour company. Is it possible to get any letter from the tour company providing information or support for the visa application? I have not made the booking because I would like to make sure I will get the visas first. I have already applied for an East African visa and Tanzania but apparently, this letter is mandatory for Botswana/Malawi. Another question is that I am only applying for a single-entry visa. Could it be the case, that according to the itinerary, I need a multiple-entry visa for a specific country?

We do not work with visas at all, but our reservations department has assisted clients before with invitation letters for visas. We cannot guarantee that the application would be successful though. If you want to look at another trip date, I can send your details on to them for assistance?

I'd love to book one of these trips, however the dates don't suit me at all. I have holidays from the 15th of July until the 27th of August. Could I join in the group a bit later?

We have shorter trips as well. Do you have anything on your list that would be a priority for you (for example Vic Falls, or the gorillas, or Serengeti, etc.), then I can have a look which trip would suit you?

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 9th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 9th, 2026, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with Africa Travel Co.. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Africa Travel Co. will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
