You will visit - South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe. Most of the countries you should be able to get a Visa upon arrival. From OR tambo international airport, Pretoria is not too far away, it will be a 35 minute drive. You can take 1 x 25kh and one hand luggage per person

How long for refund to show on credit card?

As per our terms and conditions the deposit is non refundable at any time. Between 31 - 59 days it is 50% of total holiday cost or deposit - whichever is greater, and 30 days or less it is 100% cancellation.

Do you offer vegan meals? Are there any upgrades to include drinks at meals?

We can definately let our team know that you are Vegan which will be catered for. Unfortunately we do not offer any drinks packages but the great news is that you can purchase them throughout at a reasonable cost.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 28th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 28th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with On The Go Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
